Muftis, and Islamic scholars) who understand the Quran and the Hadith
believe that sharia (Islamic law) expresses the highest and best goals
for all societies on Earth. It is the “law of Allah” and bound to
be the best of all. Because of this ardent belief, devout and
fanatical Muslims all over the world are in constant struggle (Jihad)
with their ruling Government to establish “Islamic Sharia” as the
country’s only rule by replacing modern secular democracy (Laws made by
human).

Rights Commission, Massoud Shadjareh from London, and National Director
of Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), Abraham Hooper, and
from Washington, Founder and Director of the Democracy Institute,
Patrick Basham regarding increasing anti-Islamic sentiment in the US and
Europe.
In this interview, Hooper -- whose correct name is
"Ibrahim Hooper" -- says:
"Sharia has become one of these hot button
issues that is a litmus test now for American Muslims. When American
Muslims pray, they follow Sharia, when they fast, they follow Sharia,
and when they interact with their family and go to school. I mean
nobody is asking for the Constitution to go away. In fact the
Constitution is our last line of defense against these anti-Muslim
bigots. So we are the first defenders of the constitution."
During the late 80's and early 90's, the traitor
Hooper, then known as "Doug Hooper," worked as a news producer at the
the ABC affiliate, KSTP-TV, in Minneapolis. He told the
Minneapolis Star Tribune:
"I wouldn't want to create the
impression that I wouldn't like the government of the United States
to be Islamic (under Shari'a law) sometime in the future, but I'm not going to do
anything violent to promote that. I'm going to do it through
education."

Hooper, like all of these Islamists, uses al-taqiyya
to promote the Islamization of America.
In plain English,
Hooper is a liar that wants to see the United States under Shari'a law.
When reading Hooper's statement, "In fact the Constitution is our
last line of defense against these anti-Muslim bigots. So we are
the first defenders of the Constitution," remember that Osama bin Laden
once declared, "We will use your laws against you."

More Sharia Brutality
Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury is reporting that
a girl named Hena, age 14, was murdered by local Sharia Committee at
Shariatpur in the southern part of Bangladesh. The daughter of poor
farmer named Darbesh Kha, Hena was forcefully abducted and raped on
January 30, 2011 during late at night by Mahbub, age 40. During this
abuse, villagers arrived in response to the cries of Hena. At the same
time, the imam of the local mosque, a man named Mofiz Uddin, and a few
teachers of Madrassa [Koranic School] led by Saiful Islam, also arrived;
instead of taking any action against the rapist, the Muslim clergymen
took Hena inside the Madrassa and locked her in a room.
The
following day, the same imam and some of members of the Sharia Committee
in the village sat for a trial of Hena on charges of "immoral sexuality"
before marriage. Later the committee decided to punish Hena with 200
lashes, and took financial penalty of only TK. 10,000 [US$ 150] from the
rapist.
During the lashing, Hena became unconscious; when she was
rushed to the nearby village hospital, the attending doctors declared
her dead.
Former CIA Chief Warns The U.S. Is At War
With Shariah

is reporting Robert
James Woolsey, former director of the Central Intelligence Agency, told
a break-out session of the Conservative Political Action Conference in
Washington, D.C., that America needs to stop being so politically
correct and realize it is "at war" with those who would spread Islamic,
or Shariah, law.
"We have to understand that we are in a war
here -- certainly with the terrorists; certainly with Al Qaida;
certainly with Hamas and Hezbollah," Woolsey said. "We're also at
war, with no choice of our own, with those who want to, over the long
run, impose Shariah [Islamic law] upon us.
"And it is one of the
toughest fights we have ever had or will have," he continued, "because
Americans are used to religious liberty and not criticizing one
another's religions."
Among other things, Dr. Woolsey declared
there is currently:
"The establishing of a world-wide
caliphate-theocratic dictatorship of the world; entirely imposed to
democracy … terribly oppressive to women in every possible way, from
sanctioning their being beaten by their husbands to girls being
killed by their fathers if they walk on the street with a neighbor
boy who is not a member of the family; death to homosexuals and
apostates and on and on and on. And ultimately, that is the
goal of Shariah. And it is the goal for the Muslim
Brotherhood, which is doing its best to implement that over the long
run."

with grace and ease."
"A so-called explanatory memorandum by
Mohamed Akram, the senior Hamas and Brotherhood leader in 1991 in
the United States. He explained that what they are doing is a

Woolsey further addressed the common refrain that
criticism Shariah in the U.S. is based on an irrational fear of Islam,
sometimes called "Islamophobia":
"When a totalitarian government grows out of
a religion as, let's say the Spanish Inquisition grew out of one
aspect of Catholicism, you are not being a 'Christianphobe' if you
criticize burning Jews and Muslims and dissident Christians at the
stake," Woolsey explained. "And if you're opposed to Shariah and the
beating of women, and killing of apostates, you are not an 'Islamophobe.'"

The Dasily Mail (UK)
is reporting that a hardline Muslim cleric who sparked anger across
the U.S. with his anti-American comments in a television interview this
month will hold a protest outside the White House on March 3rd.
British extremist Anjem Choudary, who said on an ABC talk show, "the
flag of Islam will fly over the White House," has announced he will lead
a demonstration calling on Muslims to establish Sharia law across
America.
Choudary, 43, has called Americans "the biggest
criminals in the world today," is the former leader of outlawed group
Islam4UK. He told the Daily Star, "we expect thousands to come out
and support us."
Choudary said the March rally was organized by
the
Islamic Thinkers Society, an extremist group based in New York.
"The event is a rally, a call for the
Sharia, a call for the Muslims to rise up and establish the Islamic
state in America. This is a unique event taking place in
Washington, outside the White House which, Inshallah, (God willing)
will garner huge support."

the UK and Europe and have decided they want to challenge the vacuum
in freedom and democracy and the people in the front line of the
struggle against Islam and Muslims -- the American government and
the establishment.

One of the founding principles of the Islamic
constitution is to ensure that all sovereignty and supremacy belongs
solely to God; the Shari’ah is a practical manifestation of this

The statues of a nation subsequently do not
depend on its number, strength or technological advancement, but
rather how much it submits to the commands of God. When a
nation seeks to be free from such commands, then ultimately it will
meet its destruction.
The Statue of Liberty, designed by
Frederic Bartholdi, stands on Liberty Island in New York Harbor;
representing Libertas, the Roman (false) goddess of Freedom, it is
symbolic of the rebellious nature of the US constitution that
elevates the command of man over the command of God.
In
Islam, the public veneration of idols and statues is strictly
prohibited. This has forced sincere Muslims to develop
realistic plans that
will aid in the removal of the Statue of Liberty.
Due to the
scale of the task at hand, it is highly likely that rigorous safety
checks will need to be employed before the demolition of the Statue
of Liberty can commence; thus as a temporary measure, it is proposed
that a large burkha is used to cover the statue, thereby shielding
this horrendous eye sore from public view as well as sending a
strong message to its French creators.
Post demolition, it is
recommended that a minaret be built as a fitting replacement,
allowing the glorification of God to be proclaimed daily as well as
act as a powerful reminder of the superiority of Islam over all
other ways of life.

The White House has not said
whether Obama will participate or not.
"Jihadism is evil and we need to say what it
is," he said at the Strafford County Lincoln-Reagan dinner, remarks that
show how the former Pennsylvania senator continues to establish himself
as the candidate most-aligned with the Republican Party’s conservative
base.
"We need to define it and say what it is. And it is
evil. Sharia law is incompatible with American jurisprudence and
our Constitution."
Santorum, invoking New York Rep. Peter King’s
hearing this week on the alleged radicalization of American Muslims,
said that the "vast majority" of Muslims don’t want to it either.
"They left because of Sharia law," he said, referring to why he
believes Muslim immigrants left their home countries to come to the
United States.
Santorum added, "Sharia law is not just a
religious code. It is also a governmental code. It happens
to be both religious in nature an origin, but it is a civil code.
And it is incompatible with the civil code of the United States."
The audience loudly applauded.
Santorum, a devout Catholic,
warned about Sharia at CPAC last month, and his latest comments set up a
stark contrast between his world view and Obama’s efforts to court
support in the Muslim world.

Sharia Law Involved In Court Cases In 23
States
The Center for Security Policy today released
an in-depth study -- Shariah Law and American State Courts: An
Assessment of State Appellate Court Cases. The study
evaluates 50 appellate court cases from 23 states that involve conflicts
between Shariah (Islamic law) and American state law. The analysis
finds that Shariah has been applied or formally recognized in state
court decisions, in conflict with the Constitution and state public
policy.
Some commentators have tried to minimize this problem,
claiming, as an editorial in yesterday’s Los Angeles Times put it that,
"…There is scant evidence that American judges are resolving cases on
the basis of shariah." To the contrary, our study identified 50
significant cases just from the small sample of appellate court
published cases.
Others have asserted with certainty that state
court judges will always reject any foreign law, including Shariah law,
when it conflicts with the Constitution or state public policy.
The Center’s analysis, however, found 15 trial court cases, and 12
appellate court cases, where Shariah was found to be applicable in these
particular cases.
The facts are the facts: some judges are making
decisions deferring to Shariah law even when those decisions conflict
with constitutional protections.
On the releasing the study, the
Center for Security Policy’s President, Frank J. Gaffney, Jr., observed:
"These cases are the stories of Muslim
American families, mostly Muslim women and children, who were asking
American courts to preserve their rights to equal protection and due
process. These families came to America for freedom from the
discriminatory and cruel laws of Shariah. When our courts then apply
Shariah law in the lives of these families, and deny them equal
protection, they are betraying the principles on which America was
founded."
David Stein says "The First Three to Five
Seconds: Arab and Muslim Cultural Awareness for Law Enforcement" is an
outrageous example of the U.S. government appeasing the very worst
elements of Islam, even at the expense of our own laws and values.
This training film not only instructs law enforcement officers to obey
Sharia gender rules when conducting investigations, it’s also a flagrant
piece of pro-Islamic propaganda that presents Muslim gender
discrimination as proof of Islam’s "strong connection to God."
The video was initially developed by the Department of Justice, and it’s
now used by both the DOJ and the Department of Homeland Security to
train all of their law enforcement personnel. "The First Three to
Five Seconds" is described on the DHS website as a film that "introduces
law enforcement officers to basic principles of the Arab American and
Muslim American cultures." However, the DHS description hardly
does this instructional film justice.
To begin with, there is the
outright pro-Islam propaganda. Naturally, all religions see their
tenets and customs in a positive light. But it’s not the job of
the United States government, in a taxpayer-funded film, to produce
religious propaganda which claims that one particular religion’s tenets
and customs somehow make that faith "closer to God."
I had to laugh at the
police officer leaving the home because the woman said there was no one
home, and he took the woman's word for it and left.
Sixteen
al-Qaeda bombers could have been sitting in the living room, but one
does have to respect Islam according to the regime.
Murder, In The Name Of Allah

execute a man with a heavy weapon, and then desecrate his corpse.
The Long War Journal has
a videotape of the the Taliban brutally executing an Afghan police
commander has been released on the Internet. The Taliban used a
heavy weapon to kill the Afghan commander, and then desecrated the man's
remains.
The videotape, which was released on the LiveLeak website, is
undated. According to the caption, the tape shows the Taliban
executing "a police commander in Paktia province after kidnapping him."
A US military intelligence official told The Long War Journal
that the description accompanying the video "is accurate."
The video begins by showing a bound man standing in a field.
The cameraman then pans to a large group of Taliban fighters standing
along a road, with a 82mm recoilless rifle, a weapon designed to destroy
armored vehicles, in the foreground. A Taliban fighter is seen
sighting the weapon, then another fighter kneels and fires at the man,
who then disappears in an explosion.
The Taliban fighters are then seen hugging and heard yelling "Allahu
Akbar," or 'God is the greatest.'
The Taliban fighters then move to inspect the body. Fighters
poke the mangled remains with a stick and throw rocks at the corpse.
Scores of Taliban fighters are then seen walking away from the corpse
and moving toward nearby Toyota pickup trucks and buildings.
Paktia province is a stronghold of the al Qaeda-linked Haqqani
Network, a Taliban subgroup whose leadership is based in Pakistan's
tribal agency of North Waziristan. The Hizb-i-Islami Gulbuddin
also has a strong presence in Paktia province.
The Taliban have released similar execution videos in the past. Most
recently, in July, a videotape of the Taliban
brutally executing Pakistani policemen appeared on the Internet.
Sixteen policemen who were captured during a battle in the district of
Dir were lined up and shot.
Obama's Islamic victory in Egypt
MEMRI is reporting that a senior official in Egyptian Islamic Jihad
said that, "If we come to power, we will launch a Campaign of Islamic
Conquests to instate Shari'a worldwide. The Christian is free to
worship his god in his church (as
dhimmi), but if the Christians make problems for the Muslims, I will
exterminate them."
On August 13, 2011, the Egyptian daily Roz Al-Yousef published an
interview with Sheikh 'Adel Shehato, a senior official in Egyptian
Islamic Jihad (EIJ), who, on March 23, 2011, was freed from prison in
the wake of the Egyptian revolution. He was imprisoned in 1991 upon
returning from a three-year sojourn in Afghanistan.
In the interview, Shehato expressed complete opposition to democracy
"because it is not the faith of the Muslims, but the faith of the Jews
and Christians." He said that although the youth of the Arab revolutions
have not declared the implementation of Shari'a as one of their goals,
the mujahideen nonetheless identify with their aspiration to overthrow
the Arab rulers, whom they had always considered "infidels who must be
killed because they do not rule according to the Shari'a." He added,
however, that "once Allah's law is applied, the role of the people will
end and Allah will reign supreme." He went on to say that although he
supports Al-Qaeda's ideology, Shari'a law would not be enforced by
violence but by da'wa (preaching), whereas violence would be used only
against the infidel Arab rulers.
Shehato said that if the mujahideen came to power in Egypt, they
would launch a campaign of Islamic conquests aimed at subjecting the
entire world to Islamic rule. Muslim ambassadors would be appointed to
each country, charged with calling upon them to join Islam willingly,
but if the countries refused, war would be waged against them. He also
described the nature of the Islamic state to be established in Egypt:
there would be no trade or cultural ties with non-Muslims; tourist sites
at the pyramids, the Sphinx, and Sharm Al-Sheikh would be shut down
"because the tourists come [there] to drink alcohol and fornicate," and
all tourists wishing to visit Egypt would be required to comply with the
conditions and laws of Islam; all art, painting, singing, dancing, and
sculpture would be forbidden, and all culture would be purely Islamic.
And don't forget that Obama's support of
the Libyan rebels has led to
another Islamist state.

Saudi Arabia Beheads Sudanese "Sorcerer"

is
reporting that Saudi Arabia beheaded a Sudanese man by sword in the
western city of Medina on Monday after he was convicted of practicing
sorcery, the Interior Ministry announced.
Abdul Hamid al-Fakki
"practiced witchcraft and sorcery," which are illegal under Saudi
Arabia's Islamic Sharia law, said a ministry statement carried by state
news agency SPA.
In October last year, Amnesty International said
it had appealed to King Abdullah in a letter to commute Fakki's death
sentence.
His execution brings to 42 the number of people
beheaded in Saudi Arabia this year, according to an AFP tally based on
official and human rights group reports.
In June, London-based
watchdog Amnesty International called on Saudi Arabia to stop applying
the death penalty, saying there had been a significant rise in the
number of executions in the previous six weeks.
It said 15 people
were executed in May alone.
Rape, murder, apostasy, adultery,
homosexuality, armed robbery and drug trafficking are all punishable by
death under Saudi Arabia's strict interpretation of Islamic Sharia law.
Christian Girl, 12, Kidnapped, Beaten Until
She Converted To Islam And Then Raped For Eight Months
Wil Longbottom
reports that a 12-year-old Christian girl was kidnapped and
repeatedly raped for eight months in Pakistan by a man who then
falsified marriage documents with her.
The girl was lured on a
shopping trip in Lahore by a friend, before she was driven 120 miles to
Tandianwalla and raped by the friend's uncle in January this year.
Two days later, she was forced to sign papers consenting to marriage
with the man and beaten for refusing to convert from Christianity to
Islam.
She was then held against her will for eight months,
before managing to escape and contact her family.
The Asian Human
Rights Commission (AHRC) has said the rapists have not been arrested
because of their affiliation with a militant Muslim organisation -- the
Lashkar-e-Tayyaba.
It claims the police have refused to order a
medical check-up on the girl, and have warned her parents that it would
be better for them to hand over the girl to her 'legal' husband or a
criminal case would be filed against them.
An investigation into
the kidnapping found the girl's father reported her disappearance in
January and made complaints against her abductors, but police took no
action for eight months.
Last month, the girl - who has not been
named for legal reasons -- called her family from Tandianwalla and told
them she had been abducted, but had escaped and was hiding at a bus
stop.
The girl's parents travelled to the town and rescued her,
before taking her to a local magistrate to give a statement.
The
rapists then contacted the police through their religious group and
produced a marriage certificate that claimed to show one of them was
married to the 12-year-old.
As a result of their complaint, the
Christian family has gone into hiding as members of Lashkar-e-Tayyaba
are searching for them.
The group claims the girl is pregnant,
but her mother has denied this is true.
The AHRC said that police
never asked the religious group how a 12-year-old could be married.
The legal age for marriage in Pakistan in 16.
It claims the
Punjab provincial government is patronising banned militant
organisations.
The British Pakistani Christian Association has
launched a petition calling on the Pakistani government to investigate
the attack
Convicted
Of Practicing Sorcery
A Saudi woman
was beheaded on December 12, 2011,
after being convicted of practicing sorcery, which is banned in the
ultra-conservative kingdom, the interior ministry said.

Amina bin Abdulhalim Nassar was executed in the northern
province of Jawf for "practicing witchcraft and sorcery," the ministry
said in a statement carried by SPA state news agency.
It is not
clear how many women have been executed in the desert-kingdom, but the
beheading took to 73 the number of executions in Saudi Arabia this year.
Women's rights, human rights, cruel and
unusual -- Hillary and her boss turn a blind eye to these atrocities
committed in the name of Sharia law.
