Certifigate
In October 2008, Hawaii's Gov.
Linda Lingle
allegedly placed Obama's birth records
under
seal and instructed the state's Department of Health to make sure no
one in the press obtains access to the original document under any
circumstances.
In 2009, according to the Hawaii
Star-Bulletin (since scrubbed), the State of Hawaii, Department of Health no longer
issues copies of paper birth certificates as was done in the past, said
spokeswoman Janice Okubo. The department only issues
"certifications" of live births, and that is the "official birth
certificate" issued by the state of Hawaii, she said. And, it's
only available in electronic form. Okubo explained that the
Health Department went paperless in 2001. "At that time, all
information for births from 1908 (on) was put into electronic files for
consistent reporting," she lied.
Then we found the Hawaiian certification of live birth (COLB) the Obama
Campaign posted on the Internet as proof of his eligibility would not be
accepted for eligibility for some Hawaiian state government programs.
The website of the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL), states
clearly the COLB touted by the Obama campaign, White House press
secretary Robert
Gibbels and a host of other Obama defenders is not
acceptable as a form of identification to qualify under this program.
Between 6/8/09 and 6/18/09 the changed their
policy. They will now accept Certifications of Live Birth.
Then, in January 2010, Hawaii launched a defense
against Obama birth queries. The Department of Health posted a "vital
records" Web page -- "obama.html" -- that says they aren't answering any
more questions about Barack Obama, the mysterious circumstances
surrounding his birth, and/or what documentation is in their possession.
Then the AP
reported that it was now law in
Hawaii that the state government can ignore repetitive requests for
Barack Obama's birth certificate. Republican Gov. Linda Lingle
signed a bill allowing state government agencies not to respond to
follow-up requests for information if they determine that the subsequent
request is duplicative or substantially similar to a previous request.
And now, Hawaii again says they no longer issue
long-form birth certificates (story and documentation
here) -- and they clearly can't legally do that. Those records
are "public records."
Because Obama won't release, or can't release, his
original, long-form birth certificate, Hawaii contends no one can get
his or her long-form birth certificate. Ask yourself, is this
behavior that American citizens should expect from their government
agencies.
Watergate resulted in the impeachment and resignation
of Nixon, but it wasn't the "crime" that led to these ends, it was the
cover-up.
The Watergate cover-up pales in comparison to what Team
Obama, the Democratic Party, the ObamaMedia, and Hawaii are doing with
Obama's birth records. It's criminal -- and there are dozens
involved.
If Obama Is Natural-Born, Why Suppress
Evidence?
On Wednesday, April 27, John Gaski asked what of the cumulative evidence
against our maybe-president's citizenship (eligibility,
please)? Let the reader judge the balance and weight
of a summary appraisal. (Curious machinations over a crucial piece
of evidence, a birth certificate of all things, changed the balance for
me.)
1. If B.H. Obama is a natural-born U.S. citizen, those
who flack for him should be able to do better than the unpersuasive
defense they have offered.
More specifically damning, haven't you
noticed how Obama apologists rarely offer a substantive argument for his
citizenship (eligibility)
at all, but instead use personal attack, invective, sophistry, demagogy
and ridicule? The bottom line: If you believe that the artist
formerly known as Barry Soetoro really is a natural U.S. citizen, prove
it. If the subject of the controversy cannot, others are not
likely to be able to either.
(When this writer uses attack,
ridicule, etc., it is not gratuitous but grows from the substance, such
as the appearance of an insidious political provocation and national
existential emergency, as here.)
2. A rhetorical question:
If B.H. Obama is not hiding something terrible in his birth records, why
has he spent millions covering them up? Maybe it is something else
entirely, but maybe not -- and ultimately it may not matter, for this
deductive reason: Obama knows the cover-up only creates grave public
suspicion about his constitutional eligibility, at least in responsible
quarters, so if something else is the real secret, it must be something
as bad or worse.
3. An attempted exculpatory answer has actually
come from Obama's fiercest opponents. Conservative radio hosts
sometimes mention the insider belief that they are being sandbagged or
"rope-a-doped," that the birth certificate would reveal valid Hawaiian
origin (don't forget the
British-Kenyan origin), and Obama is saving it to discredit
them or Republicans if they raise the issue.
This amounts to
pure, bald speculation, however, because those radio talkers do not
disclose any basis. By way of rebuttal, the speculation does not
seem to add up for the following reason. The 2008 election against
John McCain was very close until nearly the end, and the primary
campaign against Hillary Clinton even closer. A late, unforeseen
turn of events, and either race could have gone the other way.
Even liberal political campaign organizations are very conservative
tactically. If the Obama side had such a master-stroke
ace-in-the-hole, it would have been beyond imprudent not to play it in
or near the endgame. Barack Obama, or whatever his real name is,
may be a radical, but he is not crazy and far from stupid (I'm
not convinced).
Not only does Obama not
hold a copy of the fraudulent digital image of the birth document, but
at no time does he ever claim it is HIS birth certificate, or a
representation of his birth certificate.
Watch his announcement
-- pay particular attention to 30 to 50 seconds:
He says, "the,
errrrrrrrrrr, certification that is given by the State of Hawaii, on the
Internet..."
Notice how he stops --
makes sure he chooses those words carefully -- but never says it's his
birth document.
How could he? It isn't.
He's a slippery
character, this Obama.
By the way, Kapiolani
Hospital has never confirmed that Obama was born at their hospital,
which at the time was only a clinic. They simply won't address the
issue.
There is no plaque in
the main lobby saying, "Birthplace of the 44th President of the United
States."

It was only Wednesday,
April 27, 2011, that Barack Obama said there
was no point in releasing his long-form birth certificate because it
wouldn't change anybodies mind, and a day later he does a 180.
Either this guy is over medicated or White House polls show he is so far
on the losing side of this issue he has to release something.
The state of Hawaii
said it inserted "safety paper" into a copy machine and copied onto
the new paper the original image from its state records. However,
state officials were unwilling to confirm, after the image was released,
that what was issued by the White House was, in fact, an accurate
representation of their original records.
First thing to notice is
that is has no state seal!

exact PDF file the White House has released as Obama's birth certificate
this morning. Find yourself a copy of Adobe Illustrator (not
Photoshop), and load up the PDF file in Illustrator. Then click on
the center of the image of the birth certificate, then right-click on
the center of the image, and click Release Clipping Mask. Have
fun...

You can clearly see it it in the name Barack (how
the R sticks out), and then scroll down the document and you can clearly
see the white out with the type over. This needs to get out!

Out," but something has destroyed the security pattern.

"I certify this is a true copy or abstract of TXE

1. "TXE" is the file extension identifier for a
"text file." What the certification says is that Obama's "record"
is a "true copy or abstract."
2. We know it's not a true
copy because a true copy of a text record would not be formatted as a
birth document.
3. Therefore, the document that the White
House released is "an abstract of a text file."
Therefore, we
know that the electronic image posted on the White House website is not
a copy of Obama's original birth certificate.
So, where's Obama's
"original, long-form birth certificate?"
It's as obvious as the
nose on your face that this guy doesn't have one, or if he does have
one, it has something on it he doesn't want the American People to see.
It's An "Abstract" And What About That "Smiley Face"
Jerome Corsi
says that a close inspection of the Hawaii Department of Health
state registrar's stamp affixed by Alvin T. Onaka on the White
House-released document reveals some curious elements.
Here is a snapshot of the registrar's stamp on the White
House-released document. Just look at it!
Team Obama insists
this is the real deal, but read the registrar's certification -- "I
certify this is a true copy or abstract of txe record on file -- It doesn't say it's a true copy of
Obama's original birth certificate -- it says it's an "..abstract of the
record on file."
And the distinct form of a "smiley face" can be
seen on the side of the "A" in Onaka's first name. The figure
appears to be a side profile of a face with a nose, eye and mouth.
Here's the Onaka stamp from another document. "The" is
properly spelled, and there is no "smiley face."
And why would the Hawaii DOH allow the document, issued to Barack
Obama, to contain an obvious smiling face hiding within the first letter
of the state registrar's signature?
Could it be the work of the forger leaving his mark, laughing at
those who take the document seriously?
Now let's be clear about
the subtle use of "txe" instead of "the."
"TXE"
is the file extension for an enriched text file which is exactly what Onaka
meant to say! He doesn't say he gave you an copy of Obama's original
birth document, but
an abstract of the "records on file," compiled from
"TXE" files.
This is compatible with Adobe Illustrator or the exact
software conglomeration Hawaii uses today. It is pertinent to point out
the change from "the" to "TXE" as it leads to the obvious fraud but it
means something and exonerates Onaka. These people know that they are
not telling the truth. We were properly critical of Hawaii for
withholding information before Gov Abercrombie discovered that
no
hospital generated birth documents existed other than a possible Ob/Gyn
signing off on an already delivered baby.

Savannah Guthrie is the lone member of the media that was allowed to
handle and and photograph the document that Team Obama claims was the
genuine long-form copy of Obama's Certificate of Live Birth.

is not a scan or a photograph of a document that came from an original,
out of a book in Hawaii's Department of Health, but assembled using digital
technology.
Indisputable
MarketTicker.org has indisputable
evidence of a
forgery -- see it with your own eyes.
Click here to view the White House copy of
Obama's alleged long-form birth certificate, then look at the left edge of
the image. It is curved. It appears to be copied from a binder.
Now look at this detail image:
The page is curved, as it is allegedly scanned from
a book page. You can clearly see the arcing, preprinted lines of
the form. The curvature is consistent with both the margin
lines and the printed word "Sex."
However, the typed word "Male" shows no
curvature in the baseline of the text; this is physically impossible if
the word "Male" was originally printed upon the same page that was
scanned.
Worse, look at the name of the hospital. The entire hospital name is straight while the
text of the caption is properly curved at the margin -- but not
elsewhere.
Everyone has tried to explain away the various
"coincidences," but for this to have happened "coincidentally" the
typewriter would have had to curve the text it was typing.
This
video makes it very evident. Watch, as the investigator
identifies, pixel by pixel, the fraudulent placement of words on the
document template.

Since
this is a
site of Science and technology, there is a need to explain why this
site dedicates a page to expose forgery about a document related to
Barack Hussein Obama. In his position as the President of the
United States, the
policies pursued by Obama affect the whole world and not just the USA.
Because of the persisting controversy about his eligibility, On
April 27, 2011 the Office of the President at the White House released a
document that is called "Long-Form Birth Certificate". The release of
this simple document, after two years of controversy, raised in our
minds the possibility that there could be something suspicious about the
information available on this document. To check this, we downloaded the
document that was posted at
the White House site.
The analyses presented below reveal
without a doubt that the Long-Form Birth Certificate of Obama is a
fabricated, fake and forged document.
The publication of such a
blatantly fake document about something so basic as the birthplace of
Mr. Obama, should raise great concern about the suitability of the
person who is holding the reigns on the most powerful country of the
World.
Moreover, the lack of action on the part of the members of
the United States House of Representatives and Senate, as well as the
courts of the United States, despite many previous appeals to these
three branches of American government, also raise a concern about how
the governmental institutions of the reputedly best, and certainly the
most important democracy in the Free World have avoided this issue.

this link, we present two different means by which the PDF document of
Long-Form Birth Certificate of Obama can be examined.
Expert Says Obama Document Is Proof Of
Fraud
Jerome R. Corsi says a typeface analysis of
Obama's "long-form" birth certificate shows that the typed character
images come from different machines.
The online image of a
Hawaiian "Certificate of Live Birth" was trumpeted by the White House
when it was released on April 27 as "proof positive" that Barack Obama
was born in Hawaii. Now an expert in typefaces and typography says
it sure was "proof," but not of what the White House would have wanted.
Paul Irey, a retired professional typographer with 50 years
experience in his business, says an analysis of the typefaces used in
the Barack Obama's long-form birth certificate that the White House
released on April 27 reveals it absolutely to be a forgery.
"My analysis proves beyond a doubt that it
would be impossible for the different letters that appear in the
Obama birth certificate to have been typed by one typewriter."
"Typewriters in 1961 could not change the size and shape of a
letter on the fly like that. This document is definitely a
forgery."
Additionally, he
argued, IBM only introduced the Selectric in July 1961.
Such
machines were in short supply in August 1961, when Obama's birth
certificate purportedly was prepared by the nurses or clerks at
Kapiolani Hospital, and few government offices could afford to make the
switch from manual typewriters to the expensive top-of-the line
Selectric typewriters when they were first introduced.
Irey said
that he is convinced the Obama birth certificate released by the White
House is a cut-and-paste composite created by using different parts of
presumably authentic birth certificates that had been typed in Hawaii in
1961 on different typewriters.
To prove his point, Irey used as a
source document the Xerox copy of the Obama birth certificate the White
House press staff handed to the press assembled in the White House
pressroom on April 27. From this source, Irey extracted individual
typed letters and prepared a chart listing each typed letter in the
document. From there, Irey compared different individual letters,
producing a chart, seen
here (cursor down), in which the different typefaces used in the document are
evident by comparison.
RightWire.net
says that one day soon we'll look back on April 27, 2011 as an
important day. Right now liberals think we'll remember it as the
day that Obama put the lie to the Birthers, but they're wrong. I
think we'll remember it as the day Obama's hopes for a second term died.
Right now, Obama and the left, along with their lapdogs in the
ObamaMedia, think they've outsmarted the Birthers, and that they've
engaged in a brilliant game of political brinksmanship. They're
thinking that the Birthers have shown themselves to be the fruits and
nuts of the right, and they made all this hubbub about what was, after
all, nothing really. Just a document... like any other American
birth certificate.
They're wrong. For two reasons:
1. Picture a campaign commercial for
the GOP candidate of your choice, showing a picture of Obama's birth
certificate, and then a picture of LTC Terry Lakin in his Class A's,
and then a picture of him in his prison uniform and handcuffs, an
announcer mentioning that careers have been ruined, lives altered,
and at least one man PUT IN MILITARY PRISON because of Obama's
whimsical refusal to release this document. "Obama --
listening to billionaires, but ignoring honorable soldiers."
2. Secondly, there are some legitimate questions about the
authenticity of this newly released document. According to
media reports, Hawaii officials claimed it had been destroyed in a
fire (edited) in Hawaii, and then Governor Abercrombie said his
search for it in the public database came up empty... and now it
pops up on Wednesday morning TV in an official press release from
the White House. Where did it come from, and where was it when
the White House said it had been destroyed? Also there seem to
be layers inside the .pdf document that others have noted.
That would seem to indicate some chicanery on behalf of somebody.
I'm no document expert, but I suspect that there will be more than
one examining this image closely.
Either way, whether it's valid or fake, I think the
release of this document is the beginning of the discussion over Obama's
mysterious past, and not the end. At least maybe now the MSM will
finally stop the ignorant insistence that the COLB is the birth
certificate.
A Missouri lawyer adds, this
is a game of chess not checkers:
"Public pressure finally
forced Obama to do what he did today. Now the game begins," said
Corsi. "Nixon thought he could stop the Watergate scandal from
unfolding by releasing a few tapes. All that did was fuel the
fire."
Where Are The Indignant Questions?
Andrew C. McCarthy
says: I certainly get why National Review, among others, is pressing
Joseph Farah, World Net Daily, and others who’ve been aggressively
pushing the matter of Obama’s birth certificate and, derivatively,
questioning his constitutional qualifications to be president. And
though I’ve never taken Donald Trump seriously as a presidential
candidate, I also appreciate why the Republican Beltway insiders are
gleefully joining the mainstream media in ridiculing him as a buffoon.
But what I don’t get is why there is not more anger at Obama and that
selfsame mainstream media.
One of the things Obama said yesterday
was unintentionally striking. He contended that no one should ever
have questioned his birth certificate because credible people who had
seen it had described it in affidavits. Naturally, he didn’t
mention why they were in the position of having to describe it in
affidavits: namely, because Obama had refused to authorize production of
the actual birth certificate, which he could have done at any moment
over the last three years. Look how easy it would have been.
When I read in Dan’s post yesterday about how the White House was
also releasing the relevant correspondence between Obama’s lawyers and
the Hawaii health department regarding the certificate, I said to
myself: "Okay, we are finally going to learn that there’s been some
bureaucratic complication beneath all this intrigue." But no: The
request for certified copies of the birth certificate was (finally) made
last week, on a Friday, in two short letters -- including a
four-sentence letter signed by Obama that obviously took him
considerably less time to review than it takes to stretch before teeing
off at the first hole. The birth certificate was produced the
following business day (Monday) -- with the health department expressing
hope that its production "will end the numerous inquiries" it had gotten
over the years, which "have been disruptive to staff operations and have
strained State resources." And Obama was able to do his
dog-and-pony show yesterday morning, only five days after asking the
health department to produce the document.
If George W. Bush,
Sarah Palin, or even a Republican the media likes (say, John McCain) had
taken purposeful steps to block examination of so basic a document, the
media would surely have turned such obstinacy into a scandal. The
public might not have leapt to extravagant conclusions about whether
they’d really been born in Kenya, or on Mars, or wherever. But
they’d have thought it was intolerably strange that campaigns were
retaining lawyers and amassing affidavits rather than just producing a
seemingly innocuous, readily producible document. The story would
never have been about the people asking for the birth certificate; it
would have been about the candidate who was moving heaven and earth to
prevent people from seeing it.
And let’s not ignore that Obama
did move heaven and earth. This is not just a matter of him
thumbing his nose at a fringe collection of "nutty Birthers."
There have been several court cases. It is flat out bizarre that
one should have to be sued to compel conformance with a routine that
millions of Americans comply with every day. Many of these court
cases, if not all, could have been short-circuited (indeed, many of the
later ones would not have been filed at all) if Obama had just produced
the birth certificate. Instead, he not only refused to produce it;
he and his campaign paid millions of dollars in legal fees to fight the
lawsuits -- and Obama’s lawyers even threatened to seek disciplinary
sanctions against lawyers for daring to file the lawsuits.
Moreover, not just the time of courts and private lawyers has been tied
up; government lawyers have had to spend their time -- on the public’s
dime -- on this nonsense.
There appears to be nothing remarkable
about Obama’s long-form birth certificate (except
for all the anomalies). As I’ve said before, the vast
majority of people have long rightly accepted the fact that he was born
in Hawaii and is an American citizen, no meaningful evidence to the
contrary every having been produced to rebut the short-form certificate
and the contemporaneous birth announcements in local newspapers.
The constitutional question material to the matter of Obama’s
eligibility -- and one that is unlikely ever to get serious
consideration -- is whether Obama is a "natural born" citizen.
That question centers on the ramifications, if any, of the fact that
Obama’s father was not an American, and of Obama’s status as a dual
citizen (of Kenya for a time, and possibly of Indonesia). Obama
had to know that he had nothing to fear from production of the long-form
certificate on this score -- it doesn’t provide any relevant information
that wasn’t already known.
So, assuming as we should the
legitimacy of the long-form birth certificate produced yesterday, the
only thing that makes sense is that Obama knows the mainstream media is
in his hip pocket. That is, he knew that he would not be held to
the same standard as other politicians, and that if he acted in an
unreasonable manner by withholding basic, easily available information
that any other person seeking the presidency would be expected -- be
compelled -- to produce, the media would portray as weirdos those
demanding the information, not Obama and his stonewalling accomplices.
And he also knows that, having now finally produced the document only
because the game was starting to hurt him politically, the media will
not focus on how easy it would have been to produce the birth
certificate three years ago, or on how much time and money has been
wasted by his gamesmanship; they’ll instead portray him as beleaguered
and the people who have been seeking the basic information (i.e., doing
the media’s job) as discredited whackos.
It’s hard to say what’s
more depressing, Obama’s cynicism or the zeal with which the media does
his bidding.
Bob Unruh is reporting that a statement from
Barack Obama's half-sister has at least cast a shadow of doubt on the
legitimacy of the "Certificate of Live Birth" document that was released
by the White House this week in an attempt to stifle questions about his
eligibility, by referencing his apparent adoption by her father,
Indonesian Lolo Soetoro.
On a Facebook page, Maya Soetoro-Ng
wrote to a woman who had met her in Hawaii after Madelyn Dunham, the
mother of Stanley Ann Dunham Obama Soetoro and grandmother to both Maya
and Barack, passed away in 2008.
Soetoro-Ng was objecting to
having a conversation with a critic of her half-brother, and said she
had been misquoted as saying her whole family was Muslim. She
wrote:
"I did not say my brother was a Muslim.
I did say that I was more philosophically Buddhist. I told you
that you were upsetting me. You said that you were not trying
to upset me but wanted to know the truth about (Raila) Odinga (a
Muslim for whom Barack Obama campaigned in the 2007 presidential
race in Kenya). I told you I didn't know who that was and had
never met him. You mentioned the adoption laws of Indonesia
that you saw as related to my brother's legitimacy (you were
suggesting that because my father, his stepfather, had adopted him,
that my brother was no longer American) and I said that I had no
idea about Indonesian adoption law."
While not a definitive statement, there also are
other indications that Lolo Soetoro, Stanley Ann Dunham Obama Soetoro's
second husband, an Indonesia, either adopted Barack Obama or considered
him adopted, as
documentation obtained by the Associated Press reveals that Obama-Soetoro
was registered as a Muslim Indonesian at school when he lived in the Far
East with his mother and Lolo Soetoro.
Actually,
Maya has said Obama was a Muslim. In an
April, 2007,
interview with the New York Times, Maya
Soetoro-Ng, Obama’s younger half sister, told the Times, "My whole
family was Muslim, and most of the people I knew were Muslim." (The

I assume Maya thinks of her brother, Barack (aka Barry), as a member of her family?
Obama's Adaptive Identity
Pen Johannson says the "Certificate of Live
Birth" reveals the strange morphology of Obama's adaptive identity, and
that strange days continue as Obama suddenly decides, with the 2012
election looming, that Donald Trump and so-called "Birthers" are
legitimately damaging his re-election bid with valid questions about his
eligibility, and permits the much maligned Department of Health in the
State of Hawaii to release another digitized image of another alleged
1961 "Certificate of Live Birth", adding an attending, now conveniently
deceased, doctor's name, a previously unidentified local registrar, and
the name of the hospital he declared as his birthplace to the hollow
saga of thin information about his identity.
So, Donald Trump and the so called "Birthers" were
right. There was another document hiding in Hawaii. Imagine that.
However, the biggest question everyone is asking about Obama's
sudden and shocking capitulation in releasing a copy of an alleged 1961
"Certificate of Live Birth" is, "Why now?"
If the American people
are victorious in reclaiming and maintaining their Constitutional
sovereignty in the face of Obama's epic deception, it will be because
they have come to understand the undeniable truth about our founder's
definition of a natural-born citizen, not only as it applies to the
eligibility of a Presidential candidate, but how it applies to them!
Unfortunately, it appears, as American society declines into tragic
plurality and pathetic political correctness, it has abandoned the very
foundations established by ancient wisdom which made America the last
bastion of hope for humanity among a world on the road to Perdition.
Natural-born citizenry is immutable. It does not change naturally
and it becomes law at the moment of its endowment upon the individual.
It is established outside of the ability of the individual to choose it
at their birth. It is established by natural circumstance which
never change unless the citizenship status of the individual is
artificially altered through man's legal process. Expatriation,
foreign adoption, criminal extradition, foreign birth and emigration are
the most common means by which an individual's natural born status ends.
Fleeing from the monarchal corruption of interallegiances, it
was upon the ideal of Natural-born citizenry which our founders sought
to establish the eligibility for being President of the most powerful,
blessed, prosperous civilization in human history.
Obama's
eligibility appears to be strangely adaptive, not immutable. His
qualifications seem to evolve after his birth, not be confirmatively
requisite at the time it occurred. His identity seems to mutate
with the ever changing demands of the politics-du-jour. Obama only
reveals the answers required by the Constitutional eligibility mandate
when "carnival barkers" threaten his hold on power or damage his
electable image.
How do we know Obama is a fraud? Because
a truly natural-born American citizen would never have to prove his
eligibility after the fact. The evidence would be mete at the time
it was demanded. If Obama were truly eligible to be president, no one
would have ever doubted it.
Instead, Barack Obama did not reveal any evidence leading to a
resolution about his covert identity for more than three years. And, he
only did it at this particular time because not doing it was hurting his
ability to get votes, not preserve the welfare of America. Obama
cares nothing about America. He only cares what it can offer him
and his brand of liberalism.
More Evidence That Obama "Birth Certificate" Was
Altered
Bob Unruh
says a computer document expert who
analyzed the online image of Barack Obama's purported Certificate of
Live Birth for WorldNetDaily confirmed there are anomalies inconsistent with a
simple scanning process, and there is evidence it has been manipulated,
but there's no way to determine exactly what may have been modified.
The end result is that while it is known there were changes, the
full extent of operations that were done to the image cannot be
determined at this point.
The original Obama document presumably
is in the custody of the state of Hawaii, and officials there explained that they put the original in a copier and copied it
onto "safety paper," sending those copies along to Obama.
From
there, Team Obama apparently made copies of those documents to hand out
to the press corps, and then someone uploaded an image that was posted
online -- the image that, actually, is the only one most Americans have
seen.
The document was analyzed by Ivan Zatkovich of Tampa-based
eComp Consultants, which consults on intellectual property for
telecommunications, web publishing and ecommerce and has provided
services for corporations such as McGraw-Hill, Houghton-Mifflin,
Citicorp and Amazon.com. Zatkovich has 28 years experience in computer
science and document management and for more than 10 years has been an
expert witness providing testimony in federal court in both criminal and
civil litigation.
He confirmed that the multiple layers of the
PDF document are anomalous.
"When a paper document is scanned on
a scanner and saved as a PDF file it normally contains only a single
layer of graphical information. The PDF that appears on the White House
website however, contains multiple layers of graphic information. Multiple layers usually appear in a document like this when it is being
edited or modified in some fashion.
"It is possible to take a
single layer PDF and inadvertently create multiple layers, without
changing the image in any fashion. But that does not appear to be the
case here. The multiple layers in the PDF document are a result of
changes made to the image," his report said.
Among the various
items that were separated into different layers in the left image include the main text,
the mother's occupation, the dates accepted, the stamp and signature of
the state registrar and the time stamp of the state registrar:

In the middle image, the background layer -- with all of the additional layers removed --
essentially has the text removed except some random portions of
signatures and a white border where the text appears on other layers:
The image
on the right, the "main layer" of text reveals most of the wording on
the document, with strange exceptions such as the first part of Stanley
Ann Dunham Obama's signature. The main text layer has only "unham
Obama." Likewise, "Kenya" is spelled "enya" and "Barack" is
spelled Ba ack."
The report said in
field 17a, for example, the question regards the "Type of Occupation
Outside Home During Pregnancy," and the answer is "None." However,
the "Non" and the "e" are on separate layers. Likewise with the
date accepted. There "Date A" and "AUG -- 8 6" are on a separate
layer from the rest:
The report said
there are two groups of overlays, the first including the main page of
text and a separate one with the mother's occupation. The second
group involves the stamps, with one of the local registrar, another from
the registrar general, another for the state registrar and yet another
for the time stamp of the state registrar.
"All of the overlays
were of a higher resolution than the background layer," the report said.
"This suggests that the overlays [were] created to enhance that content
(i.e. make the text darker and/or the edges sharper). The only two
plausible explanations for this pattern of layers is:
1. Someone was changing the content of both
the text and the stamps.
2. Someone was systematically
enhancing the black text layers for legibility, and then enhancing
the stamp overlays separately for legibility."
The report also addresses the white haloes around most of the
printing on the document.
"It has been suggested that these
'suspicious white borders' indicate that items were pasted into the
image. The pasting of content itself does not necessarily
create a white border. A more likely reason for this halo
effect is that the text was enhanced," the report said.
"This does not mean that other content
in the document was not changed. However, most of the
detectable changes are consistent with someone attempting to
enhance the appearance of the document rather than change the
content."
It concludes that while the modifications are
consistent with someone enhancing the legibility of the document,
"it is possible that in addition to enhancing the legibility of the
document that the content of the document was also changed.
"There is no specific evidence of how or why that content would have
been changed, but the evidence clearly indicates that the document
was changed," the report said.
A second opinion, from Jon
Berryhill of Berryhill Computer Forensics, said for a complete
analysis, access to the original document would be best.
More Big and Little Pixels
ML/NJ says it is easy to see that the
signatures on the document come from different sources. The resolution
on the Dunham signature (above) is higher than the resolution of the
Sinclair signature (below) which is composed entirely of "big" pixels.
The latest Bamie Birth Certificate is an obvious fraud.

Obama’s Birth Certificate Proved Americans
Are Powerless

says many Americans were shocked yesterday when Obama finally
released his long form birth certificate from the State of Hawaii.
The real surprise however is that for the past three years our
democratic institutions did not address the matter.
The press
refused to tackle this issue with the same investigative drive with
which they did investigated Watergate, President Clinton’s alleged
indiscretions and the Bush administration’s missteps in Iraq -- the
courts declined to hear a single case on the issue, and the Congress
failed to hold any hearings on the matter. Perhaps the saddest
part of this story is its ending.
Obama did not release the birth
certificate because the media pressured him or because the courts
actually listened to one of the many cases that were filed. He
released it because an obsessed billionaire threatened his electability
in 2012, which forces us to ask the question -- what good are our
democratic institutions if they don’t stand up for the people?
Journalists did not address the fact that Obama was refusing to resolve
an issue about his constitutional eligibility. Instead, they
covered the "Birther" movement in an effort to discredit any American
who had a legitimate question. Mainstream press organizations did
not want to get grouped in with "Birthers" since they had been
effectively compared to the 9/11 "truther" movements, and anyone who
raised birth certificate questions was labeled paranoid, crazy and even
racist. However, there’s a big difference between people who just
wanted to see Obama’s birth certificate and those who believe that our
own government caused the worst terrorist attack in American history,
especially when there is already a mountain of evidence pointing to
al-Qaeda as the perpetrators.
With the Obama birth certificate
issue, the archive of evidence was slim, and his refusal to release the
more extensive version of his birth certificate rightfully created more
suspicion. In fact, the Obama birth certificate issue is more
similar to what happened when President Clinton refused to give a
straight answer about his indiscretions in the White House.
The
more Obama evaded the issue, the more curious and upset people became.
Americans want to know who Obama is, plain and simple -- and they have a
right to know. Citizens who have wanted the issue resolved were
frustrated because they felt powerless. The courts declined to
hear cases filed and the Fourth Estate refused to pursue the story to
get it resolved. Congress did nothing.
The more our
institutions remained inactive on the issue, the more powerless we felt
and the angrier we became, prompting us to question what good it was to
have democratic institutions if they didn’t exercise their power.
The courts repeatedly used the excuse that Americans filing suit in
federal court lacked standing to get access to the birth certificate.
Although the document may have been a vital health record protected
under federal and state law, there was a higher constitutional issue of
Obama’s eligibility at stake.
If the people didn’t have standing
on that issue, who did? Our government and our Fourth Estate
failed America in this case. We the people of the United States
had a right to resolution on this crucial issue, but no one did anything
about it. In the end, the White House only relented because they
knew it could cost them votes and a much more expensive 2012
presidential run for Obama. Money, not democracy was the currency
that brought this issue to a resolution.
Does Obama Have A Citizenship Problem Too?
I believe the confluence of two forces caused
Obama
to order his people to produce a "birth certificate."
Here is the paperwork
The
first, of course is Trump. Nobody could shut him up, and he can
take care of himself so they couldn't Alinsky him. But, he's been
quieted -- for now. The best he can do is take credit, which, to
some degree is deserved, for Obama producing a "birth certificate.
The second, and I believe more threatening, was Corsi's book.
It has gone from #1 to #49 in less than two days. It's been
deep-sixed -- mission accomplished. Corsi is a Ph D. He
would have produced a rigorous, well-documented account of Obama based
on his investigations over the last four years. He's really been
digging around. If you recall, Kenyan officials threw him out of
the country when he started nosing around over there.
However,
I'm surprised that the electronic artifact is so poor. There's an
awful lot of these imaging graphics experts demonstrating the image has
been electronically/digitally enhanced. One of theses experts is
even suggesting that the Obama document was produced from one of the
Nordyke twins' birth certificates.
The
facts of Obama's origins and life must be something to engage in such
shenanigans -- to produce and release such a poor counterfeit was a
desperate act -- and this is the SECOND ONE. Obama's records -- if
they exist -- have got to contain evidence of high crimes and
misdemeanors.
And it's a simple task to demonstrate that that
Team Obama has now conspired to produce two counterfeit birth documents
as evidence of Obama's citizenship.
Isn't it reasonable to
assume, if there are problems with Obama's birth documents, there are
problems with his citizenship?
Obama’s "Birth Certificate" Converts Some
Disbelievers
Daniel Strauss
is reporting half as many Americans believe Obama was not born in
Hawaii than did before he released his long-form birth certificate, a
new poll found.
According to a Washington Post poll released
Thursday, 70 percent of Americans say Obama was born in Honolulu,
Hawaii, after Obama released the document. A year ago the same
poll found that just 48 percent of Americans believed Honolulu was
Obama's birthplace.
Additionally, the poll found that only 10
percent of Americans believe either that there is "solid evidence" that
Obama was born in another country, or reason to have a "suspicion" that
he was born outside the United States, or hold "no opinion" on the
subject. This marks a 10-point decrease from polling conducted
last year.
Despite having previously released copies of his birth
certificate to debunk rumors by so-called "Birthers" that he was not
born in the U.S. and not, therefore, eligible to be president, Obama
felt it necessary to release the long form of his birth certificate last
Monday to try to once and for all put an end to the rumors.
This item, that reads like it was
written by Obama's mother, represents the state-of-the-art in
"journalism" in 21st Century US of A. The ObamaMedia are unabashed
cheerleaders for this guy.
Nobody outside of Team Obama has ever
seen or held the document. No "journalist" has ever seen or held
the document. No independent forensic document examiner has ever
examined the document. The Library of Congress hasn't examined the
document. Nobody!
And now
it's in the hands of Janice Okubo for safekeeping, and nobody has seen
it, much less examined it.
This is the same Janice Okubo who told the Hawaii Star-Bulletin on
June 6, 2009, that the State of Hawaii, Department of Health no longer
issued copies of long-form paper birth certificates as was done in the
past.
Her quote:
"No, you can't obtain a 'certificate of live birth' anymore."
Okubo is
now entrusted with the safekeeping of a document that Okubo said Hawaii
stopped issuing in 2009? How strange is that?
Controversy
over? I don't think so! We still don't know who this guy is,
where he comes from or who sent him.
Leo Donofrio
says that he predicted multiple times that Obama would produce the
original long form birth certificate when it best served him to do so.
The other day that prophecy was fulfilled. I have always
maintained that the birth certificate issue was a red herring smoke
screen protecting Obama from facing the true issue of his ineligibility
-- dual nationality.
Like Chester Arthur before him, Obama was
protected from genuine questions regarding his birth status having been
governed, as he admits, by the United Kingdom via the faux BC issue
until October 27, 2008 when I instituted my law suit against the New
Jersey Secretary of State alleging that neither Obama nor McCain were
eligible.
I predicted over and again that when it served Obama
best, he would feed you an original birth certificate on national TV.
Bon appetit to those who allowed this conspiracy theory to take
precedence over the genuine legal issue: how a person born owing certain
allegiance to a foreign nation can be a natural born citizen of the
United States? Since the BC was played so perfectly by the Obama
team, the genuine legal issue will now be more marginalized than ever.
They simply played a better game of chess. And due to this
sick game, Obama now sets a precedent that anyone who hates this
country, from Osama Bin Laden to Kim Jong Il, can have a child with an
American woman and that child can be president. Obama’s defeat of
the dual nationality issue, in both the courts and the media, means that
the president’s parents do not have to be US citizens. If that is
true, then the natural born citizen requirement in Article 2 Section 1
of the Constitution is basically rendered meaningless.
If a
person born with dual allegiance can be president, then I don’t see the
difference between a citizen and a natural born citizen. To become
naturalized as a US citizen, one must at least swear an oath of
allegiance to the US by renouncing all other allegiances. But a
person such as Obama, who was born with dual allegiance is apparently
not even required to renounce all previous allegiances under oath.
The birth certificate was a conspiracy theory. The dual
nationality issue is a legal question. Obama always controlled the
issue of whether or not he would produce the birth certificate.
But the legal issue was never under his control. So he exercised
as much control over it as possible by allowing the birth certificate to
fester casting a huge shadow over his dual allegiance.
Hawaii Detective Charges: "Birth
Certificate" A Fraud
Jerome R. Corsi
says a private investigator, Takeyuki Irei, claims employees of the state Department of Health forged
three Hawaiian birth certificates for Barack Obama to "screw with
birthers." One document placed the birth at Kapiolani hospital, another
at Queens Medical Center and a third in Kenya. The 57-year-old
detective, who has been a P.I. since the 1980s, said he was stunned when
he discovered that the purported copy of Obama's original birth
certificate released by the White House was more or less an exact image
of one of the forgeries.
Irei said he was provided a copy of the
document indicating a Queens birthplace but ascribed no importance to
it. He explained that he was focused on finding evidence that Obama was
born in Kenya, which he thought would provide a financial windfall. He
also said a likeness of the certificate indicating a Kenyan birthplace
was published more than a year ago by a website that presented itself as
a Hawaiian news organization. Later, it spread virally even though it
was rejected as fraudulent by investigators, because the purported
signature of Obama's maternal grandmother, Madelyn Dunham, was
misspelled.
The image recently released by the White House was
trumpeted as "proof positive" Obama was born in Hawaii in an
announcement accompanied by a rare presidential statement on the issue. However, few other officials were talking. Hawaii authorities ordered
WND not to contact the state employee identified as the source of the
phony certificates. Also, state employees had been
ordered not to respond to questions. Officials at Kapiolani also
refused permission to ask questions of anyone at the hospital. Spokesman Shawn Nakamoto told WND the hospital would not respond to
anyone at "your organization."
Likewise, officials at Punahou
High School, where Obama graduated, also refused access to
information that often is available, such as copies of student
newspapers.
Irei explained the state employee told him the fake
records were kept in a vault in Room 303 of the Hawaii Department of
Health. The room, next to the director's office, is well known and holds
files such as the records of residents of the Kalaupapa leper colony on
the island of Molokai.
But Irei pointed out that the obviously
fraudulent Kenya-birth document published by the Aloha Reporter website
contains markings that appear to coincide with markings found on the
document recently released by the White House. There is no
explanation of the image, which can be seen
here.

Among other things, the "Certificate of Live Birth" on the Reporter
page says the birthplace was "Kenya; Registered Honolulu HRS 338-17-8
per Grandmother." The document lists the race for the father, "Barack
Hussein Obama Sr.," as "Negro-African," but it was the document released
by the White House on April 27 that stunned Irei.
He said the
document indicating Obama's birth as Kapiolani looks just like the
Queens Medical Center document he had previously possessed, except the
hospital name and the doctor's name were different.
"When I saw
the birth certificate the White House released, I realized the story had
changed from Obama being born at Queens, to him being born at Kapiolani. In 2008, when I first got the birth certificate, all the news reports
[were] that Obama had been born at Queens."
More Anomalies
In the Comments section , "straight-shooter"
says he found a new smoking gun that is even stronger evidence of
manipulation -- evidence that is impossible to blame on any software.
But first, in review:
Assuming the
released "Certificate" is
a fake, then the template was likely the
Nordyke twins
originals. On their form, the box for "Twins" had an X in the
wrong box (not the Single box) and in the order-of-Birth block if any
box was checked, it would have to be "unchecked." To remove those
"X"s, blank boxes would have to replace them, and that is what it
appears has been done. The "TWINS" check-box is an identical match
(clone-copy) to the "Yes" check-box in block 7g. In block 4, the
first two order-of-birth boxes are identical, both blank, but one could
be a copy of the other since the one with a check in it would need to be
replace.
My new findings indicate that they could be identical
not due to any manipulation but because of several other insignificant
examples of perfect copies. The first "E" in CERTIFICATE matches
the E in "LIVE", The first "T" in CERTIFICATE matches the T in BIRTH,
ALL "T"s in DEPARTMENT and HEALTH match, the 2nd "E" in DEPARTMENT
matches the E in HEALTH. These are in addition to the number "1"
in 151 matching.
The fact that the copying software copied these
form entries identically would suggest that they were originally printed
identically. But the boxes, it has been said, were not made from
any printer mold but were each individually hand-drawn on the original
master form, so they could not be identical, nor produce identical
digital versions.
Now here's the new smoking gun. The "M"
in PM in the time-of-birth block is a copy of the M in M.D. in the
Attendant block. It has multiple differences with the P, since the
M is a copied jpg image, is too small, along with the period, and is
totally out of horizontal alignment (way below the P), it is on a
separate layer than the rest of the numbers, and was not made by a
typewriter but was copied from the text of the form.
Also, the
last "1" in the document number is an over-enlarge pixelated
multi-density jpg image on another layer, indicting replacement of the
original number.
Open the BC in Adobe Reader, zoom-in and see
the evidence.
straight-shooter adds -- After sharing what I found
on the new Obama COLB, I found a decent size copy of the Nordyke birth
certificates and could see that they had the same birth-time letter "M"
anomaly as Obama's. This indicates that the form creator chose to
put-in the M of both AM and PM for some strange reason, leaving the
typist to only enter an A or an P. So even though it looks
completely out of sync, that's the way the original form was printed.
No smoking gun there, but the number "1" in the document number still
stands out like a sore thumb. It would be great if a Freedom of
Information Act request could be make to learn who that document number
belongs to, maybe someone that died shortly after birth.
That Bogus Birth Certificate
Josepg Farrah
says it was about three weeks ago that Jerome Corsi, author of "Where's the Birth Certificate?: The Case that Barack Obama is not Eligible to be President," called me with some disturbing news. In
response to the success of his book (No. 1 at Amazon in pre-release
stage) and the elevation of the eligibility issue because of Donald
Trump's big megaphone, his sources in Hawaii were telling him that
Barack Obama was about to release a fraudulent birth certificate.
Corsi urged that WorldNetDaily report the story, but because of the
nature of the warnings, I didn't think it would be meaningful.
What good would it do to report that unnamed sources investigating
Obama's eligibility expected him to do something he had resisted doing
for two-and-a-half years? Details were thin. Who would pay
attention? In retrospect, it probably was not the right call, but
I was not surprised when the White House delivered the document that
Hawaii officials had previously stated unequivocally was not available
to anyone, even Barack Obama himself.
Since the release of what
I consider to be, at best, an inauthenticatable image of a document,
Corsi has returned to Hawaii for more on-the-ground, first-hand
investigation -- and the results are startling. Far from putting
the critical issue of constitutional eligibility behind him, Obama has
opened a Pandora's box of questions and controversies that no single
document may ever be able to address definitively. I am more
certain today than ever before that this issue will haunt Obama through
Election Day 2012 -- if, indeed, he goes through with his plans to seek
re-election.
The key question is no longer, "Where's the birth
certificate?" The key question today is, "Where's the real birth
certificate?" More broadly, how will we even recognize it when we
see it? There are probably more alleged "birth certificates"
floating around for Barack Obama than for anyone who has ever lived, and
the one posted on the White House website, bearing the weight of the
office of the presidency, is highly suspect indeed.
A thousand and one professional and amateur
sleuths and document experts have examined what Obama has released
and found it wanting.
A private detective who has been
investigating Obama's eligibility for years has claimed the White
House release is actually one of three fraudulent versions of his
birth certificate cooked up within the Hawaii health department.
It turns out that questions about Obama's citizenship -- not
just his "natural born citizen" status, but his basic citizenship --
have been investigated by the U.S. government since the time of his
birth right up through the 2008 election cycle.
In Kenya,
the government has launched its own investigations as to the
possibility Obama was actually born there -- and found documents
missing during the time period of his birth.
If there is any legitimacy to Obama's story about
his nativity in Hawaii, he may have waited too long to persuade a very
skeptical American public, and his unwillingness to release school
records, college records, university records, travel records,
information about his Social Security number and more have convinced at
least half the public that he cannot be trusted to disclose information
that runs contrary to his official life story.
It's about to get
much worse for Obama. We are just days away from several more
shoes dropping. Those who believed the issue of eligibility had
been settled once and for all are in for the shock of their life.
Barack Obama's authenticity as president is moving back to center stage
-- and I'm not sure he can do anything about it at this point.
Pardon the pun, but he's played his Trump card too late -- and wholly
unconvincingly. I know it goes against all conventional wisdom
today to say this, but we may be witnessing the final days of the Barack
Obama regime.

Re: Legal proof that President Obama’s
Certificate of Live Birth is a forgery.
Dear Sir/Madam, I have
irrefutably proven that the Certificate of Live Birth that President
Obama presented to the world on April 27, 2011 is a fraudulently created
document put together using the Adobe Photoshopor Illustrator programs
and the creation of this forgery of a public document constitutes a
Class B felony in Hawaii and multiple violations under U.S. Code section
Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 47, Sec.1028, and therefore an impeachable
offense. When this comes to the public’s attention, it will be the
greatest scandal in the country’s history -- nothing comes even close.
This will surpass the all previous scandals including the Watergate
scandal of the Nixon administration.

a unique background for analyzing this document. I owned a
typesetting company for 11years so I know type and form design very
well. I currently own Archive Index Systems since 1993, which
sells all types of document scanners worldwide and also developed
document imaging software (TheRepository). I know how the scanners
work. I have also sold other document imaging programs, such as
Laser Fiche, Liberty and Alchemy. I have sold and installed
document imaging systems in city and county governments, so I know their
procedures with imaging systems and everything about the design of such
programs. This will be important in understanding what has
happened with Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth.
Seven Monumental Problems With Obama's
Birth Certificate
Again,
the birth certificate has little to do with Obama's eligibility to hold
the office. The birth certificates are is evidence of fraud.
Don't forget, this is the second bogus birth document Obama has
released.
Fossil says the above indicates that the official
White House copy of Obama's alleged "long-form" birth certificate was
created on a Mac OS X 10.6.7 using Quartz, an internal component of the
Mac OS operating system. The .pdf file was created on 4-27-2011 at
12:09 :24 Z.
My version does not indicate it has been revised,
creation and Mod date/time are the same.
Now, what does this
mean. I am not sure it means anything further than I showed.
It does not necessarily mean it was forged.
The layering thing I
think is smoke.
The differences in type within lines of the
document to me indicates very high probability of forgery.
The
fact that the .pdf is a creation containing 9 separate images and no
text content indicates to me a very high probability of forgery.
The fact that Obozo first said they sent an attorney to HI to pick up 2
copies of the document and later changed that to state they e-mailed it
to them, is another case of catching them in a lie.
All in all,
it is a forgery. And I do not believe there is an original COLB in
HI for Obozo.....
Corsi To File Criminal Charges
Paul Joseph Watson
is reporting that Jerome Corsi has told a Cincinnati radio station
that he is preparing to file criminal charges against the White House
for producing a fraudulent birth certificate, as the controversial
author of Where’s the Birth Certificate? closes in on the people within
Obama’s inner circle he claims were behind the hoax.
"We believe
the birth records released by Barack Obama on April 27th, the so called
long form birth certificate, is fraudulent," Corsi told radio host Bill Cunningham.
"I’m working on filing criminal charges on the White House. I
think there will be criminal charges filed very soon for having
fraudulently produced a birth certificate," said Corsi, adding that he
would seek an FBI investigation.
Corsi reaffirmed the fact that
he was close to identifying the individual who played a key role in
forging the birth certificate, as well as the source document which the
White House used to create the composite fake.
As we reported
previously, Corsi is closing in on the people within Obama’s inner
circle who were responsible for creating the fraudulent document that
was released by the White House in electronic format and contains a
plethora of errors and clear evidence of manipulation.
"I’m
pretty well on the trail of linking the characteristics of this document
to someone who’s going to have a lot of explaining to do," said Corsi, adding that he was "hot
on the trail" of one individual who "may have had a hand in this," and
that his identity would be released this week.
Hawaii Continues To Stonewall
Jack Minor says the Hawaii Department of Health has
refused to comply with a subpoena compelling the state to provide access
to the original, filed copy of Obama's birth certificate, citing privacy
laws.
In April, Obama released a copy of what he says is an
original copy of his long form birth certificate (it's
not). The release came after the state of Hawaii had been
saying for months they could not release a copy, even to Barack Obama.
Former director of Hawaii's health department, Dr. Chiyome Fukimo,
claimed she had actually seen the birth certificate and it was half
typed and half hand-written. The document released by Team Obama
was all typed.
Since its release, several document experts have
come forward stating the document was altered and could be a forgery.
No experts have stated publicly that the document has not been altered
in any way.
Registrar Stamps Confirm Obama's Birth
Certificate Is A Forgery
Jerome Corsi is reporting that a close examination of the state
registrar's stamp on the Obama birth certificate released by the White
House indicates the document is forged, according to the preponderance
of Adobe experts consulting with WorldNetDaily.
There are two
different registrar stamps evident on the Obama birth certificate: The
date stamp, indicating April 25, 2011, and the text and signature stamp
containing registrar Dr. Alvin Onaka's signature.
Both registrar
stamps appear to have been applied by a rubber stamp inked from a
blotter, and appear to be external objects that were imported into the
document. The stamps were not impressions copied whole, the experts
believe, but were created uniquely for the Obama document by a
cut-and-paste process.
Moreover, the area around the date stamp indicates the image is not a
scan of a paper document but a PDF file created electronically.

Jerome Corsi asks, why are there white dots on the Obama birth
certificate, and how did they get there?
These are questions
asked by Tom Harrison, a software designer with more than 30 years
experience in graphic design. Harrison -- a 58 year-old Dartmouth
graduate with a background in mathematics, physics and computer science
-- believes the dots prove the document is a forgery.
The
Oregon-based computer software business he manages, TS4, has done
general computer consulting, embedded design, software and web design,
and integration and networking since 1980.
He has used Adobe
Illustrator since 1989. Harrison's expertise is demonstrated in his
report to WND, which includes detailed instructions that allow the
reader to duplicate his results using Adobe software.
"I've read a lot about the purported Obama birth certificate, but I
have not seen anywhere (until now) the simplest proof that it is a
forgery: the overwhelming evidence provided by the presence of two
'white dot' groups in the image."
"While many apologists have
claimed the layering of the document is a natural outcome of optimized
scanning, there is one thing that the scanning process cannot do, even
if it is separating layers: it cannot create two separate colors for any
given pixel," he said.
In other words, if you lift an item out of
an image, what is left is nothing: transparent space. In fact, all the
apologists claiming validity of the document point out that the "white"
(actually, transparent) space behind the lifted images is expected. In
this case, however, there are two colors associated with the pixels in
those two subgroups -- green underneath and opaque (not transparent)
white on top, and -- if anyone is confused by the difference between
transparent (rendered white by convention) and opaque white -- the
"white is not underneath the subgroup, visible when the subgroup is made
not visible, but is actually the pixel color when the subgroup is
visible -- exactly the opposite of claimed "normal" effects.
Put simply, the white dots, he contends, are evidence of two
different colors occupying the same pixel, a result that is not possible
if the Obama birth certificate were simply a scan.

Doug Vogt and typesetting expert
Paul Irey say they will accompany attorney Orly Taitz when she
presents to the Hawaii Department of Health a subpoena that should allow
her to examine Barack Obama's original 1961 typewritten birth
certificate.
Vogt and Irey both said they are making travel plans
to join Taitz in Honolulu when she goes to the state agency at 10 a.m.
on Tuesday, Aug. 8, to present the subpoena in person.
"We will
plan to hold a press conference late in the day of Aug. 8," Vogt said,
"and if the document we see varies from the birth certificate documents
the White House released, we plan to file criminal charges in Hawaii
immediately."
Vogt released a copy of a letter he has written to Hawaii Attorney
General David Louie, putting Louie on notice regarding the reasons he
believes the birth certificate released by the White House is
fraudulent. Vogt previously filed a
22-page criminal complaint with the FBI.
Irey says it won't
take long to evaluate the original birth record, if it exists.
"Over the years of my career, I've seen everything that can be put on
paper," he said. "Now that I'm thoroughly familiar with what the White
House released, I will be able to tell you within a few minutes, if what
the Hawaii DOH has matches what the White House has released, or not.
"I will expect to see the same differences in typeface that are on
the White House version, otherwise I will know immediately that what the
Hawaii DOH is showing us is a forgery."
Vogt and Irey plan to bring a laptop computer and a portable scanner
to the Hawaii DOH for the inspection.
"We will scan the document
to compare it to the White House electronic version and the Xerox copies
they handed out in the press room," he said. "We will immediately make
our scan available to the public over the Internet, so the American
public can see for themselves."
Irey said he expects the Hawaii
DOH at the last minute will do everything possible to prevent Taitz from
getting access to the 1961 original Obama birth certificate, if it
exists.
"Quite frankly, I doubt the Hawaii DOH has anything to
show us," Irey said skeptically, "and if we do see a document, my guess
is that it will have been forged for the purpose of showing us
something."
Vogt and Irey repeatedly have told WorldNetDaily that
if the Hawaii DOH had an original 1961 Obama birth certificate, the most
credible thing to have done on April 27 would have been to release that
document to the public for professional forensic examination by
qualified independent professionals.

subpoena granted Taitz by the U.S. District Court for the District
of Hawaii allows her to examine the original 1961 Obama birth
certificate on Aug. 8 at 10 a.m.:
Taitz's subpoena
was served
upon Loretta Fuddy, directory of the Hawaii Department of Health. Hawaii
Deputy Attorney General Jill Nagamine is representing Fuddy.
Because Fuddy neglected to file opposition to the court-issued subpoena
within the 14 days specified, the Hawaii DOH appears to have little
recourse but to comply with the subpoena by producing the Obama original
birth certificate for Taitz's examination.

Mara Zebest says: my newly released report examines the metadata and object code of Obama's long-form birth certificate PDF file and explains how this information corroborates the claim that Obama's PDF file never originated as a paper document, but rather was born in cyberspace or was -- to put it another way -- digitallymanufactured. The only time Obama's long-form birth certificate image exists as a paper document is when a computer user selects Print from the File menu. Obama's PDF file, like everything else from this administration, is a composite, a lie, an illusion -- even down to the deceptive colors presented in the file.
The focus of this report is centered on Obama's PDF file released on April 27, 2011; the file can be downloaded at this White House link. From the moment Obama's PDF file was posted, numerous professionals have been speaking out on the multitude of anomalies. The most notable indicator of malfeasance within Obama's PDF file is the presence of multiple layers. A document scanned into a computer should only contain one layer -- known as a flattened file. However, Obama's PDF file not only contained more than one layer; it contained nine layers that clearly display recognizable signs of forgery, along with a host of other manipulative indicators. The problems range from Tom Harrison's observation of undisturbed safety-paper pattern beneath white dots to a clipping mask path that hides data and more.
Because layers are the most obvious symptom of foul play, it may be helpful to understand what layers are and what advantages layers provide. Layers are analogous to transparencies used on a projector in what will be referred to as the analog world. Content is printed on separate sheets (or layers), which allows the user to move, add, or remove a sheet element independently of the remaining sheets. The total composite dofcument comprises the combined stack of transparency sheets.
The digital equivalent allows a user to add or move digital image information (or text) onto separate layers. This, of course, would be a manual and manipulative choice. Like their analog parallel, layers can provide a means to maneuver individual elements within the image independently of surrounding image pieces.
The layers have been the most damning and problematic evidence of file-manipulation, and the defenders of Obama are quick to respond with a plethora of explanations to justify the presence of layers. The excuses range from OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software to the more predominant excuse of optimization -- both of which have been debunked in my previous report for the Cold Case Posse press conference.
Many Obama defenders have conceded that OCR is not a factor and admit that OCR was never applied to the PDF file. However, arguments for optimization still persist. Optimization refers to a file-saving process in which the goal is to reduce the file size while maintaining (or optimizing) the quality of the image (as best as possible depending on the settings applied).
Those who insist on the optimization argument either do not understand what attributes need to be present for this argument to hold water -- or they are hoping the general public does not understand. It's probably a little of both. The defenders certainly count on the ignorance of the average citizen when it comes to understanding the differences in layers produced from an automated process (such as optimization) compared to a manual choice to manipulate the file. One goal of the report is to offer a deeper understanding for recognizing the two patterns of layering (and to avoid being deceived or bamboozled). The report adds additional proof along the way that the optimization excuse fails miserably and can be completely ruled out as a justification for layers.
One particular and significant point to understand: not all optimization processes are created equal, and only certain programs will create (automated) layers when optimizing. Adobe Acrobat Pro is the most commonly used program capable of creating layers from an automated process such as optimization, but even Acrobat Pro does not always produce layers when optimizing a file. The method and settings applied during the saving process play a factor in whether layers will be automatically generated or not. To be clearer on this point, programs like Photoshop and Illustrator will not automatically generate layers when optimizing a file (regardless of the circumstances). Any layered files generated from these programs are reflective merely of layers manufactured by the user.
The problems for the opposition increases when the metadata is considered. So what is metadata? If you've ever examined a file and noticed property information such as the creation date, modified date, or the program used to create the file, this is known as metadata. The metadata for Obama's PDF reveals that a Mac-based program called Preview was used to generate the optimized PDF file.
Preview is a program that allows a user to open and view a file (as the name suggests). Preview can view a range of file types created from other programs as well as allow a user to re-save the file in any file format available within Preview. Preview is limited in its abilities and certainly not a program used to create a layered file from scratch. The optimization argument becomes increasingly problematic when it is understood that Preview is incapable of producing or generating layers automatically from an optimization process (when saving a file). Preview will onlymaintain pre-existing layers produced from another program. Thus, Obama's PDF layers had to be generated from another program prior to being saved from Preview.
One more important point regarding Preview's role in creating Obama's PDF file: if a file is produced in another program, opened, and saved again within Preview, the metadata from any prior programs used is replaced with Preview metadata, thus eliminating any digital tracks for the previous programs utilized in the process (such as Photoshop or Illustrator, which might imply manipulation).
Along with metadata, object code is also buried within the PDF file -- which refers to the code that describes the attributes or properties present for each file object (and can be seen by opening the PDF file in WordPad or Word). Layers within the Obama PDF file would be examples of objects described in the object code. The report examines the layer object code, along with how the code properties can be applied in analyzing automated layers -- produced by an Acrobat optimized document -- against the manufactured layers -- produced in Obama's PDF file. Visible and consistent patterns in optimized layers do not exist in Obama's PDF file.
One of the object code properties examined will be BitsPerComponent (seen in the figure), which is typically followed by a numeric value of 1 or 8. To simplify, this refers to either a 1-bit layer or an 8-bit layer, respectively. In layman's language, a 1-bit layer that also contains an ImageMask true property (in the object code) equates to a layer that is capable of containing only one single color -- black. Conversely, an 8-bit (ColorSpace) layer is capable of containing more than one color -- indeed, of containing any color value (not restricted to just black). If this concept is clear, then the rest is easy, and the report will explain these concepts further.
The bottom line, documented in detail within the report, is that an optimized layer pattern will contain only a single layer of 1-bit quality that displays black only. All remaining layers (in an optimized file) are 8-bit -- containing multiple colors. In other words, the optimization process pulls out all the black color onto one (1-bit) layer -- not two (1-bit) layers, not three (1-bit) layers...just one layer, with this 1-bit object code attribute.
Obama's PDF file (as seen in the figure) contains EIGHT 1-bit layers -- all of which fail to reflect a black color. However, the colors presented are a deception. The black is there, but it's hidden in plain sight (as outlined in the report).
Taking into account the multiple 1-bit layers embedded in Obama's file, combined with the associated color-manipulation defined in the report, it is impossible to duplicate these file attributes through scanning or any other argument thrown at the debate, which currently includes:
Optimization
Adaptive compression
MRC (Mixed Raster Content) compression
JBIG2
Adobe Acrobat Pro, and...
OCR
Here's a challenge to anyone who would like to defend the list of excuses or to supplement any additional excuses. It is advised (before doing so) to carefully read the report, examining the provided figure of object code for the nine layers found in Obama's PDF (with important properties highlighted). Then run tests to see if any of the described suppositions proposed in the above bulleted list (or any new excuses being considered) can produce object code exactly as seen in the capture (without manipulation). The final result must include eight 1-bitImage Mask true layers (with FlateDecode, as seen in the figure), and one 8-bitColorSpace layer (with DCTDecode, as seen for this last layer). Oh, and as an added bonus, the 1-bit layers (all eight of them) need to have colors displayed that are not within a pure (grayscale color value) range of black.
When these displayed attributes from Obama's PDF anomalies are reproduced via scanning and optimization settings, please publish the winning recipe settings for all to verify. And don't forget to include a refry from Preview as the last step. If you cannot document the winning recipe, then supposition does not count, and therefore you have nothing -- which falls into the category of misinformation, misunderstanding, misrepresenting, and misdirecting.
Obama's PDF object code properties cannot be reproduced without manufacturingandmanipulating layers. Any layers produced through optimizing will result in a single 1-bit layer. Repeat: just one 1-bit layer -- not eight. In the case of adaptive compression, the color on the 1-bit layer will reflect a black color value -- not off-white, not greenish-black, not greenish-gray (as displayed in Obama's PDF file).
The report will detail these concepts and provide a documented recipe on how the layers in Obama's PDF file can be replicated down to the metadata, object code, and low file size. Here's a hint: the only way it was possible was through complete image manipulation and manufacturing of layers. The winning recipe included Photoshop, Illustrator, and Preview (in that order).

Secret Of Obama's Phantom Numbers Uncovered
The lead investigator in Sheriff Joe Arpaio's
ongoing quest to discover the truth about Barack Obama's birth
certificate told a radio host today his team found
the origin of the phantom numbers on the document and the revelation
only casts further doubts on the veracity of the paperwork.
Lead
investigator Mike Zullo was speaking on "Aaron Klein Investigative
Radio" on New York's WABC Radio about a faded set of puzzling,
handwritten codes that appear on the .pdf document the White House
released as Obama's purported birth certificate.
"Those numerical
values on that document, they looked like pencil markings to us," Zullo
explained. "Nobody really knew what they were."
But while in
Hawaii, Zullo told host Aaron Klein, his team was able to track down the
"local registrar" signed to the document, a now 95-year-old woman named
Verna Lee, who helped clarify the codes' meaning.
"We discovered
that the procedure for the department of health was to take a birth
certificate, check it for accuracy and then code it with numerical
values in some of the fields, such as 'fathers race' or 'type of
business or employment,'" Zullo explained. "They would take these
numerical values that have designators to identify that information,
then the federal government would take that information and put those
numerical values on magnetic tape for their own census information."
Zullo explained that before a birth certificate was accepted and
filed, it was double-checked for accuracy and the handwritten codes
supplied to the federal government for demographic and birth statistics.
The number 9 marked in the box containing Obama's father's race,
however, presents a problem.
"The values were curious," Zullo
told Klein. "If you look at Mr. Obama Sr.'s race, the box says
'African,' and that's always been a point of contention, because in the
'60s 'African' wasn't a race designator. Next to it is the number 9. We
learned the statistical codings in the 1960s for the federal government
-- and actually through the remainder of the decade -- number 9 stands
for unstated or information not supplied."
Therefore, Zullo
explained, when the number 9 shows up, there wouldn't have been anything
entered into the field, not "African" or "Black" or "Negro" -- it would
have been left blank.
The same anomaly appears in the field for
the father's "kind of business or industry": It's marked with a 9, so it
ought to be blank, but contains the word "University."
Zullo told
Klein he asked Lee if the pair of 9s could be an administrative error.
Her reported answer? "Not on my watch."
"It's really highly,
highly improbable that two people are going to mismark a document,
especially with the number 9. We are sure that number 9s were prevalent
in Hawaii with a lot of missing information, especially on single parent
births," Zullo said. "So it's going to be extremely hard to press the
issue and say, 'Well, it was a clerical mistake.' According to [Lee], it
didn't happen."
Arpaio, whose Cold Case Posse investigators held
a news conference last week to report evidence confirms the birth
certificate image released by the White House in 2011 is fraudulent,
asserts the anomaly of the phantom codes is only one of several problems
indicating the image was altered.
