Absolute Proof Of A Democratic Party Conspiracy

To be a bonafide conspiracy, two or more individuals must knowingly conspire, plot or plan an evil, unlawful, treacherous, or surreptitious act. In politics or law, an agreement by two or more persons to commit a crime, fraud, or other wrongful act, is a “conspiracy.” Not in theory, but in reality.

Such is the case today!

Canada Free Press has just published a blockbuster by JB Williams! It's a long, but extremely important article. I'm just excerpting the key elements here -- my apologies to Mr. Williams for the hatchet job.

Basically, the Democratic Party of Hawaii, the Democratic National Committee, the Chair of the Party convention, the Secretary of the Party, Party offices in each of fifty states, and maybe many, many more, have knowingly and wantonly defrauded the American election system and more than 300 million American citizens.

It appears that they have filed a fraudulent "Official Certification of Nomination" for Barack Obama and Joe Biden in all 50 states -- they knew Obama was ineligible.

They plotted and planned an act of evil, unlawful, treacherous fraud in a blind quest for unbridled political power, and they hoped that you would never catch it. They almost got away with it too.

They snuck it past fifty state election commissions, the US Congress, the US Supreme Court and Justice Department, the Federal Elections Commission and countless members of the Electoral College nationwide. Not a single member of the "drive-by media" caught it either, or if they did, they decided to become complicit for their own political reasons.

The Hawaiian Democratic Party refused to sign off on a certification that Barak Hussein 0bama II was eligible to be president. Instead, Nancy Pelosi herself signed that Hawaiian certification. The possible reason: the attorney who approved all legal paperwork that required signatures by the HDP just happened to be the same attorney who handled 0bama’s mother's divorce from her Indonesian husband. That attorney had seen 0bama’s original long form birth certificate.

This also means Pelosi committed fraud by certifying 0bama’s eligibility.

The proper legal text used on the DNC Party "Official Certification of Nomination" document reads as follows;

"THIS IS TO CERTIFY that at the National Convention of the Democrat Party of the United States of America, held in Denver, Colorado on August 25 though 28, 2008, the following were duly nominated as candidates of said Party for President and Vice President of the United States respectively and that the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution."

The document is signed by Chair of the DNC Convention and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, DNC Secretary Alice Travis Germond and Colorado Notary of Public Shalifa A. Williamson. It is dated August 28, 2008.

However, this document was never delivered to a single state DNC Office for state certification, and it was therefore, never presented to any state Election Commission as certification of Obama and Biden.

Instead, a very similar document was delivered to fifty state DNC offices, that those offices certified to each of fifty state Election Commissions, who then date-stamped the document and stuck it in a file cabinet, and proceeded to place these "certified" candidates on the ballot.

This is the legal certification text on the DNC certified nomination document used for the DNC ticket:

"THIS IS TO CERTIFY that at the National Convention of the Democrat Party of the United States of America, held in Denver, Colorado on August 25 though 28, 2008, the following were duly nominated as candidates of said Party for President and Vice President of the United States respectively."

The reference to Obama’s constitutional eligibility is missing. It had been removed from the document sent to the states.

The bogus version is in the Election Commission files of all fifty state Election Commission offices, and state DNC headquarters, complete with date stamps, matching signatures, even the same Notary of Public authentication.

Summary:

• The DNC drafted, signed and notarized TWO slightly different versions of their Official Certification of Nomination documents, not one.
• One of those documents had complete legal language, and one of them was missing the text concerning the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama.
• The version which is absent any certification of constitutional standing for the office of President is the version that was filed with every state in the country, and the one used by the DNC to elect Barack Obama President."

The same three people signed two certified forms, one for official submission and one for publication. This means they knew Obama was ineligible from day one.

Why Pelosi And Germond Signed A Different Certificate Of Nomination for Hawaii

Based on the outstanding research by blogger jbjd here, here, here, and here, Canada Free Press (CFP) broke a story showing that Nancy Pelosi and Alice Travers Germond , as representatives of the Democratic National Committee (DNC), had signed one Certificate of Nomination for Obama and Biden that was sent to 49 states, and another that was sent only to Hawaii. Only the certificate sent to Hawaii included a statement that Obama and Biden were Constitutionally qualified to serve as President and Vice-President.

That certificate of nomination for Hawaii is the ONLY statement in this nation signed by somebody besides Obama which claims that Obama is Constitutionally eligible to be president. Contrary to arguments that Congress certified Obama’s eligibility when they certified the results of the electoral vote, neither representatives of Congress nor any Secretary of State has signed a legal document saying that Obama is eligible. This one oath by Pelosi and Germond is the only legal claim that Obama’s eligibility was verified.

And there is a huge story about how this particular certificate came to be, which the House Ethics Committee, every state Attorney General, and the public at large need to know.

First off, they need to know that the Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH) has confirmed that neither Pelosi nor Germond, nor any leader of either the Democratic National Committee or the Hawaii Democratic Party, has ever even asked to see Obama’s birth certificate. So Pelosi and Germond did not sign this document because they saw a certified copy from the HDOH office. And in fact, if they had seen anything from the HDOH office they would have known his Hawaii birth certificate has been amended and has no legal value.

It’s been removed from the web, but shortly after CFP published their original article about the Certificates of Nomination, somebody claiming to represent the DNC stated on a discussion board that the DNC relies on the state parties to verify Constitutional eligibility for candidates, so the oath by Pelosi and Germond would just confirm that the state democratic parties had confirmed the Constitutional eligibility of the candidates.

But this is where the argument totally falls apart, because the Hawaii Democratic Party actually ignored their protocols in 2008 in order to specifically NOT certify Obama’s eligibility as they had done for candidates in the past. In other words, if Pelosi based her decision to certify on whether the state party would confirm eligibility, then she had a duty to NOT certify Obama’s eligibility, because the democratic party of the state supposedly holding Obama’s birth certificate REFUSED TO CERTIFY Obama’s eligibility.

Who Is William H. Gilardy?

One event that should give anyone who is sitting on the fence on this issue, and a puzzle that Obots and Gullibles still avoid, is:

In 2008, Nancy Pelosi certified Obama in spite of the fact that the Hawaii Democrat Party refused to certify Obama in 2008, committing fraud.

It's the very same Hawaii Democrat Party who has William H. Gilardy on their board as their legal counsel. William H. Gilardy is the very same lawyer who represented Stanley Ann Soetoro's divorce from Lolo Soetoro -- interesting , isn't it?

If anyone who should know if Obama was born on Hawaiian soil, our born out of this country and is eligible, is, William H. Gilardy.

It's no wonder why the Hawaii Democrat Party refused to certify Obama in 2008?

Nancy Pelosi knowingly knew this, and willing signed the DNC document of certification for Obama, and Nancy Pelosi has a lot of explaining to do if and when the new Congress investigates this and sends out subpoenas to testify under oath in front of Congress and the Nation.
