Ben Shapiro
says we've all heard Barack Obama's American journey. Twice.
In "Dreams From My Father" and "The Audacity of Hope," Obama told his
glossy, airbrushed story: son of a black father and single mother with
international background but American values, a man who overcame his
personal struggle with race to become a great uniter.
Then there
are the untold parts of his background that we've heard from other
sources: his associations with
Bill Ayers and Jeremiah
Wright. His real estate dealings with corrupt businessman Tony
Rezko. His political backstabbing in Chicago.
Finally,
there are the parts of his story we never hear about at all: the stories
from his childhood and adolescence. The most formative time of our
lives are the years between birth and age 21, when we explore who we are
and learn from those who surround us. We know virtually nothing
about this time in Obama's life. But we're learning.
Young
Barry Obama spent the ages from 6 to 10 attending school in Indonesia
after his mother married Lolo Soetoro. During that time, according
to Obama's third-grade teacher (huh?),
the "fat, curly-haired, curious" Barry studied Quran and went to Islamic
classes over the protestations of his mother, Ann. Ann apparently
showed up at the school demanding to know why the religious teacher had
accepted young Barry into class. "But," said Barry's teacher, "he
kept going to the classes because he was interested in Islam. He
would also join the other pupils for Muslim prayers."
Even as
young Obama reportedly embraced the Quran, his nanny was teaching him
about other lifestyles. According to The New York Times, "His
nanny was an openly gay man who, in keeping with Indonesia's relaxed
attitudes toward homosexuality, carried on an affair with a local
butcher, longtime residents said." The nanny was part of a
transvestite volleyball group who called themselves the
Fantastic Dolls.
Perhaps, the most enlightening detail from that Times article came from
one of Obama's childhood friends, Slamet Januadi. One time,
Januadi related, Obama asked some of his friends whether they'd rather
be the president, a businessman or a soldier. The soldier would be
armed, the businessman would be rich, and the president would have
nothing. The boys gave various answers.
"Then," Januadi
recalled, "Barry said he would become president and order the soldier to
guard him and the businessman to use his money to build him something.
We told him, 'You cheated. You didn't give us those details.'"
As
a teenager back in Hawaii, Obama hung out with a neighborhood friend he
calls "Frank" in "Dreams From My Father." "Frank" was
Frank Marshall Davis,
a highly vocal member of the Communist Party, a rancid racist, a
pornographer and child rapist. During college, Obama traveled to
Pakistan with a college friend. In those years, the country was
ruled by General Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq, a radical Islamist who actually
established Shariah rule in the country.
What do these seemingly
disconnected events tell us about Obama?
First, they tell us that
he always had -- and still has -- a tremendous love for Islam and
radical Muslims. Obama famously described the Islamic call to
prayer as "one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset."
Traveling to an Islamist country would scare most people -- for Obama,
it was like traveling back to his childhood. It's no wonder that
Obama took the opportunity to bash Israel while in Jakarta, Indonesia,
this week -- that, too, must have brought back nostalgic memories.
Second, Obama's childhood shows us that he was comfortable with
militant homosexuals, black racists and communists/socialists, along
with radical Islamists. That's an odd combination for a child, but
Obama had an odd childhood. And that conglomeration of interests
-- gay rights militants, black racists, socialists and radical Muslims
-- now form the core of Obama's idealistic base.
Third, Obama's
childhood shows us that he was always a narcissist concerned with his
own power. Not only did he want to be president, he thought the
presidency was all about him. Soldiers were there for defending
him; businessmen were there for supporting him. Presidents were
kings. That's why he wanted to be president.
Obama's
perspective on the presidency hasn't changed. Soldiers are "photo
ops." The media is there to praise him. Businessmen are
there to be taxed, so he can name bridges and schools after himself and
take credit for a phantom recovery.
People don't change.
Obama hasn't since childhood. And the more we learn about Obama's
childhood, the scarier he becomes.
Adoption
GGMac
says we know that Barry was adopted by Lolo Soetoro. His
half-sister Maya stated so publically. We know from the Stanley
Ann/Lolo 1980 divorce documents that "the parties" were the parents of
one child under 18 [Maya] and one child over 18 but still dependent on
the parties for his education [Barry]. The divorce was
filed/granted in Hawaii. That Barry was adopted by Lolo Soetoro is
not in the realm of speculation. It is fact.
None of we
bloggers/commentors know with certainty that Barak Obama of Kenya sired
Barack Obama II. There is considerable doubt, starting with the
boy’s name being misspelled, and being designated with the honorary "the
Second" (II), rather than the sire-to-son "Junior" -- specifically, the
boy was named "for" Barak Obama of Kenya, rather then "after" him,
indicating that Obama was the right race, at the needed time, and
willing. Whether it was BO of Kenya, Frank Marshall Davis, the
milkman, or "unknown", IF our little Barry was truly born in a Honolulu
hospital there was a long form, official with raised seal, signed by
attending physician certificate of birth -- and it was filed in the
normal manner at the Department of Health. Where it remained --
UNTIL BARRY WAS ADOPTED BY LOLO SOETORO.
I know the following
from personal experience:
In an adoption procedure such as Lolo
of Barry, a petition is filed, hearings are held, privately, before a
family court judge and court recorder, adoption is approved, and Court
Orders are written which spell out the remaining requisite procedures:
A brand new, pristine long form certificate of birth is filled out
with all of the data from the original birth certificate. It is
filled out exactly as the original with two exceptions: on the pristine
document the name of the baby’s father is "Lolo Soetoro", and his race
is [whatever Lolo’s race was].
Enter now the LAW: the signing and
filing of the Court Orders does three things in the Law: (1) Lolo
Soetoro is the actual -- not "step" -- ACTUAL father of the boy Barry,
who is now Barry Soetoro; (2) as proscribed by the government of
Indonesia, the father Lolo’s Indonesian citizenship is conferred onto
Barry; (3) whatever man was named on the original birth certificate as
father, in the eyes of the law in relation to the child, does not exist
-- and never did exist. In the eyes of the law, Lolo Soetoro
conceived Barry. Chiseled. In. Stone.
The next step -- because
above all, the child is to be protected from any person or occurrence
which could cause him distress, or could in any way breach his and his
parents’ privacy -- all records relating to the adoption are sealed,
under Court Order. "All" records means ANY and ALL papers,
records, memos, files, filings, recordings, transcripts of proceedings,
etc, and most importantly -- the ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE. In
the eyes of the law, that certificate does not, and never did, exist.
The Certificate of Birth -- the "long form" -- that identifies Lolo
Soetoro as Barry’s father IS the ORIGINAL birth certificate. It is
the ONLY one on file at the HDOH. Forever.
Unless someone
ELSE petitions the court and adopts Barry -- in which case yet another
"original" birth certificate would be generated.
Regarding the
various staff at the Hawaii Dept. of Health, who have made tortured,
prevaricating attempts to do Barry’s bidding -- any statements or
remarks they have made about having personally seen, touched, patted, or
swooned over a document as being Obie’s "original birth certificate" has
to be in reference to the only one on file -- naming Lolo as father.
It appears they are dancing for the media and following instructions
which could have come only from Barry. The birth records are not
public information; FOIA does not apply. The DOH staff are not at
liberty to peruse those files; they can only look, handle if required by
the job -- which means if the "owner" files a request for a certified
copy. There was a report during the '08 campaign that Barry had
petitioned the Hawaiian court for his on-file birth certificate and
related records of copies requested over the years, etc, to be sealed.
It would be out of the ordinary -- but the Chicago way means such
requests are likely to be approved.
As for the sealed adoption
records -- anyone poking around there, and that means ANYone -- would be
committing a criminal act. Last I knew, such files were still
actually sealed with a huge blob of wax.
All things considered,
best guess is that Barry refuses to produce his long form birth
certificate -- and is willing to spend $$million$ to keep it hidden
because that one document shows the truth which would reveal layers upon
layers of his lies about his life, activities, and travels.
Instead of peeling an onion from the outside-in, Barry’s birth
certificate Waterloo begins at the center of the onion -- right there at
the tear-making core -- with the fact of his being adopted by Lolo and
thus being a citizen of Indonesia.
Indonesia doesn’t permit dual
citizenship, so the Indonesian citizen son of Indonesian Lolo had to
have an Indonesian citizen passport. That's why his mother
had to file for an
amendment to remove Barry from travelling on her passport. As a US
citizen he could be on hers, but his US citizenship was forsaken for the
marriage to Lolo. No problem for a woman who didn’t love her
native country anyway -- or for the son she dutifully trained to reflect
her distaste for America. No problem for him, that is, until he
decided to go into politics. Suddenly that Indonesian citizenship
and it’s trickle-down usage in his life became a thorn. He wanted
to fundamentally change our precious country, and to do so required
masses and masses of lies and cover-ups. No problem -- just haul
out the Chicago way, and the tactics of Chicago’s favorite son, Alinsky.
Not working, however -- bloggers, Freepers! -- and Barry’s thorn of
deceit has turned into a festering boil that’s rapidly reaching the
point where it will be lanced.
A Hidden Memory
ObamaCrimes.com reports
that at the time Barry Soetoro was in Indonesia, all Indonesian students
were required to carry government identity cards or Karty Tanda
Pendudaks, as well as family card identification called a Kartu Keluarga.
The Kartu Keluarga is a family card which bears the legal names and
citizenship status of all family members.
Soetoro/Obama was
registered in a public school as an Indonesian citizen by the name of
Barry Soetoro and his father was listed as Lolo Soetoro, M.A.
Indonesia did not allow foreign students to attend their public schools
in the late 1960’s or 1970’s, and any time a child was registered for a
public school, the child’s name and citizenship status were verified
through the Indonesian Government. See Constitution of Republic of
Indonesia (Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia 1945), Chapter 13, Law
No. 62 of 1958 (all citizens of Indonesia have a right to education).
The Indonesian school record, indicates that Soetoro/Obama’s name is
"Barry Soetoro;" his nationality is "Indonesia" and his father "Lolo
Soetoro, M.A. There was no way for Soetoro/Obama to have attended
school in Jakarta, Indonesia legally unless he was an Indonesian
citizen, as Indonesia was under tight rule and was a Police State.
See Constitution of Republic of Indonesia (Undang-Undang Dasar Republik
Indonesia 1945), Law No. 62 of 1958. These facts indicate that
Obama/Soetoro was/is an Indonesian citizen, and therefore he is not
eligible to be President of the United States.
Under Indonesian
law, when a male acknowledges a child as his son, it deems the son, in
this case Soetoro/Obama, an Indonesian State citizen. See
Constitution of Republic of Indonesia, Law No. 62 of 1958 concerning
Immigration Affairs and Indonesian Civil Code (Kitab Undang-undang Hukum
Perdata) (KUHPer) (Burgerlijk Wetboek voor Indonesie).
Furthermore, under the Indonesian adoption law, once an Indonesian
citizen adopts a child, the adoption severs the child’s relationship to
the birth parents, and the adopted child is given the same status as a
natural child and the child takes the name of his step-father, in this
case, Soetoro. See Indonesian Constitution, Article 2.
The
Indonesian citizenship law was designed to prevent apatride (stateless)
or bipatride (dual) citizenship. Indonesian regulations recognized
neither apatride nor bipatride (stateless or dual) citizenship.
Since Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship; neither did the United
States (since the United States only permitted dual citizenship when
'both' countries agree); and since Obama/Soetoro was a "natural" citizen
of Indonesia, the United States would not step in or interfere with the
laws of Indonesia. Hague Convention of 1930.
As a result of
Soetoro/Obama’s Indonesian "natural" citizenship status, Soetoro/Obama
could never regain U.S. "natural born" status, if he in fact he ever
held such, which we doubt. Soetoro/Obama could have only become
"naturalized" if the proper paperwork were filed with the U.S. State
Department, after going through U.S. Immigration upon his return to the
United States; in which case, Soetoro/Obama would have received a
Certification of Citizenship indicating "naturalized."
We are
informed, believe and thereon allege Obama/Soetoro was never naturalized
in the United States after his return. Soetoro/Obama was ten (10)
years old when he returned to Hawaii to live with his grandparents.
Soetoro/Obama’s mother did not return with him. Therefore, it
appears that she did not apply for citizenship for Soetoro/Obama in the
United States. If citizenship for Soetoro/Obama had been applied
for in 1971, Soetoro/Obama would have a Certification of Citizenship.
If Soetoro/Obama returned in 1971 to Hawaii without going through U.S.
Immigration, today he would be an "illegal alien" -- and obviously not
able to serve as president, but also his term as a United States Senator
from Illinois for nearly four (4) years was illegal. We further
believe Soetoro might have reentered the United States at age ten (10)
by showing a copy of his Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth, which he
received when his birth was registered in Hawaii.
In addition, we
have been unable to locate any legal documents wherein Soetoro’s name
was legally changed from Barry Soetoro to Barack Hussein Obama.
Soetoro/Obama’s silence on these issues is deafening and his refusal to
release such records to prove that none of this occurred results in his
status as Acting Commander in Chief at best, and a willful action on his
part to deceive the American People and the Armed Forces of the United
States so that he may wield power that is in non-compliance with the
United States Constitution.
A Deafening Silence
ObamaCrimes.com says I
have read
this post in detail and must say, with all due respect, I disagree.
Some very important parts were left out, which I do not believe was
intentional. Thus, I would like to respond accordingly.
First, I am unsure as to where Badfiction obtained the Indonesian
laws, I’m unsure as to the dates, etc. However, there are
discrepancies.
Badfiction is correct in stating that if a woman married a foreign
citizen they would have lost their U.S. citizenship status if married
prior to September 22, 1922. However, there is more to this, see 8
U.S.C. Section 1435(a)(2) which states "on or after September 22, 1922,
a women who lost United States citizenship by marriage to an alien
ineligible to citizenship…" However, Indonesia also required
Stanley Ann Dunham to relinquish her U.S. Citizenship, which is an
affirmative act, therefore, Stanley Ann Dunham did not simply lose her
U.S. Citizenship status by marriage alone.
Badfiction claims that a parent cannot expatriate a child’s U.S.
citizenship, however, this is not correct. See The
Nationality Act of 1940, revised 1952, Section 318(a) "A former
citizen of the United States expatriated through the expatriation of
such person’s parent or parents and who has not acquired the nationality
of another country by any affirmative act other than the expatriation of
his parent or parents may be naturalized upon filing a petition for
naturalization before reaching age of twenty-five years and upon
compliance with all requirements of the naturalization laws with the
following exceptions: (b) No former citizen of the United States,
expatriated through the expatriation of such person’s parent or parents
shall be obliged to comply with the requirements of the immigration
laws, if he has not not acquired the nationality of another country by
any affirmative act other than the expatriation of his parent or
parents, and if he has come or shall come to the United States before
reaching the age of twenty-five years. (c) After his
naturalization such person shall have the same citizenship status as if
he had not been expatriated."
Renewing an Indonesian Passport after the age of 18 is an affirmative
act, as you are swearing allegiance to another Country. Soetoro/Obama
renewed his Indonesian Passport when he traveled to Pakistan, that is
why he had to stop in Indonesia first. Remember, in 1981, Dunham
was divorcing Soetoro in Hawaii and was not in Indonesia. Obama/Soetoro
admits to traveling to Indonesia first and then onto Pakistan.
Soetoro/Obama claims in his book "Dreams from my father" that he stopped
in Indonesia to visit his mother. But again, his mother was not in
Indonesia, she was in Hawaii with Maya, divorcing Lolo Soetoro. In
addition, the State Department has stated in response to a FOIA request
that they do not have a U.S. Passport application on file for
Barack H. Obama.
Despite the above however, Indonesia required Obama/Soetoro to do a
bit more upon his 18th birthday. In fact the Indonesian law gives
until the age of 21. Soetoro/Obama would have had to sign an
Affidavit relinquishing his Indonesian citizenship and said Affidavit
had to be sent to the Indonesian Government before reclaiming any U.S.
citizenship he may have once held.
When it comes to the citizenship of individuals in other
countries, we are prevented from interfering, Hague Convention 1930.
Speaking of Indonesia, during the late 60’s all the way up until 2006
Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship. In 2006 they changed
their laws to permit dual citizenship, however, Indonesia has had its
battles with enforcing their new law permitting dual citizenship.
With this said, from the research we have done, it appears that
Soetoro became an Indonesian citizen. When Soetoro/Obama was
approximately four (4) years old his parents divorced and thereafter,
Soetoro/Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, married Lolo Soetoro, a
citizen of Indonesia. Evidence points to the fact that Lolo
Soetoro either signed a government form legally "acknowledging"
Soetoro/Obama as his son or "adopted" Soetoro, either of which changed
any citizenship status Soetoro/Obama had to a "natural" citizen of
Indonesia.
At the time Barry Soetoro was in Indonesia, all Indonesian students
were required to carry government identity cards or Karty
Tanda Pendudaks, as well as family card identification
called a Kartu Keluarga. The Kartu Keluarga is a family card which bears the
legal names and citizenship status of all family members.
Soetoro/Obama was registered in a public school as an Indonesian

their public schools in the late 1960’s or 1970’s, and any time a child

status were verified through the Indonesian Government. See
Constitution of Republic of Indonesia (Undang-Undang Dasar Republik
Indonesia 1945),
Chapter 13, Law No. 62 of 1958 (all citizens of
Indonesia have a right to education). The Indonesian school
record, indicates that Soetoro/Obama’s name is "Barry Soetoro;" his
nationality is "Indonesia" and his father "Lolo Soetoro, M.A.
There was no way for Soetoro/Obama to have attended school in Jakarta,
Indonesia legally unless he was an Indonesian citizen, as Indonesia was

Soebarkah Soetoro -- Is
That You Barry?
Chris Strunk is in opposition to a summary judgment filed by the DOJ
in the case Strunk v DOS et al. DCD 08-cv-2234 and seeks further
disclosure in regards to DOS spoliation of documents in regards to my
request under FOIA the passport and related records of Stanley Ann
Dunham et al.. I have been awaiting these records and more since October
2008 when I first filed a FOIA request related to my active case in New
York Supreme Court where the records will be used when the disposition
of the Summary Judgment is complete; Hopefully, I will receive the
additional records that exist from 1960 onward too. Clearly when the DOS
release is combined with the US Customs and Immigration service release
to Ken Allen amounting to about 90 pages shows that Lolo Soetoro and Ann
Soetoro were having difficulties that would only explain the removal of
BHO from her passport in 1968 especially since the Indonesian Government
in Soetoro’s words, any American, was in jeopardy there in Indonesia due
to the anti-American feelings" is shown at page 103 of
http://www.scribd.com/doc/35245956/Strunk-s-DOS-and-DHS-FOIA-Responses-DCD-08-Cv-2234-and-Ken-Allen-s-DOS-and-DHS-Responses-AZDC-09-Cv-373
attached to the U.S. Government memo of January 12, 1966 with pages
marked 000077 through 000080 therein at page 000078 regarding Lolo
Soetoros request for a INA section 212(e) waiver and two year extension
for his stay in the USA with Ann Soetoro, (that according to the US
Government document of August 6, 1968 all three returned to Indonesia on
July 20, 1966); Soetoro states:
"Most importantly, anti-American feeling has reached a feverish pitch
under the direction of the Indonesian communist party, and I have been
advised by both family and friends in Indonesia that it would be
dangerous to endeavor to return with my wife at the present time.
Of secondary importance is the fact that my wife does not yet speak
Indonesian. Not only would she be forced to cut short her college
education, but she would be left in a position of isolation in the
community."
It appears from the cross comparison on both the Customs and DOS FOIA
released documents that on October 20, 1971 Stanley Ann Dunham Soetoro
(SADS) and BHO (a.k.a Soebarkah Soetoro) together boarded Pan Am
Airlines Flight 812 unaccompanied by Lolo M. Soetoro in Djakarta
Indonesia and arrived in Honolulu Hawaii on October 21, 1971 and sought
entry into the USA on an expired Passport issued July 19, 1965 according
to the DS 1423 Form for REQUEST BY UNITED STATES NATIONAL FOR AND REPORT
OF EXCEPTION TO SECTION 53.1, TITLE 22 OF THE CODE OF FEDERAL
REGULATIONS with use of the expired Passport of July 19, 1965 shown as
page 6 of
http://www.scribd.com/doc/35245956/Strunk-s-DOS-and-DHS-FOIA-Responses-DCD-08-Cv-2234-and-Ken-Allen-s-DOS-and-DHS-Responses-AZDC-09-Cv-373.
That Declarant among other items of interest in the analysis
presented by Dr. Corsi in his Worldnet Daily Article (WND) takes issue
with the insinuation that the 1965 edition of SADS passport was only
good for 3 years when in fact it was to expire July 18, 1970 according
to the actual reference by the US Government shown in the upper right
corner of the application located at page 3; however in August 13 1968
SADS made an early application to renew the 1965 to remove BHO (a.k.a.
Soebarkah Soetoro) from her own passport.
At that time, Lolo Soetoro was in a difficult effort with the State
Department and US Customs and Immigration to obtain reentry into the USA
and needed to reflect Soebarkah Soetoro (BHO) as an Indonesian for his
own safety. That Saebarkah Soetoro (BHO) according to his own
writing in 1971 would re-enter back into the USA to live with his
Grandma Madelyn Dunham.
Except for the fact that the Exception request for use of the expired
July 19, 1965 passport without use of an American passport as Soebarkah
Soetoro as an Indonesian citizen which he was also entitled to an
Indonesian Passport made without being on SADS renewed Passport of
August 13 1968 made it easier for Soebarkah Soetoro / BHO to travel and
obtain a renewed Indonesian Passport, rather than a British or even
Kenyan passport that would be more difficult to explain or obtain to the
Indonesian Government (having a USA passport there in Indonesian would
dangerously expose Lolo Soetoro to government scrutiny since BHO was
born in Kenya not the USA was adopted by Lolo Soetoro as a Indonesian
citizen).
Thereafter 1971, Soebarkah Soetoro living in the USA went to the
Indonesian Embassy in Hawaii to obtain or renew the Indonesian passport
as part of his college funding program and that in 1981 through 1984 was
then used while attending Columbia University to enter Indonesia,
Pakistan and Afghanistan while working for Zbigniew Brzezinski then of
the Scholl of Foreign Affairs and the National Security Council with the
Carter Administration and Reagan Administration transition.
Obama's Indonesian Adoption
Christopher Strunk, who in November 2008
requested copies of Obama’s mother’s
passport file from the State
Department under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), finally received
a response which includes 12 pages of documents.
On
document P2, the second page of that document, In her own handwriting,
Anna wrote in the block
named "Amend to Include (Exclude) Children" the name of her son Barack
Hussein Obama, and then right below his Indonesian name, spelled and
in parenthesis as (Soebarkah), presumably to allow Obama (Soebarkah) to
travel as a minor under her passport..
This entry (full image
here) has 5 diagonal line
strike-through lines across the entry. Now, why? Well, why
would a name on a passport renewal be struck out?
If one looks
at page of the application (full image
here), there is a clue:
The second block, below the "WARNING" block
states:
"I have not (and no other person included or
to be included in the passport or documentation has), since
acquiring United States citizenship, been naturalized as a
citizen of a foreign state; taken an oath or made an affirmation
or other formal declaration of allegiance to a foreign state;
entered or served in the armed forces... "
(If
any of the above-mentioned acts or conditions have been
performed by or apply to the applicant, or to any person
included in the passport or documentation, the portion which
applies should be struck out, and a supplementary explanatory
statement under oath (or affirmation) by the person to whom the
portion is applicable should be attached and made a part of this
application.)"
What can be extrapolated from this?
1. Obama
was, in fact, adopted by Lolo Soetoro, making Obama a citizen of
Indonesia, a fact supported by the
the Fransiscus Assisi school
registration
document that identifies
Barry Soetoro as an Indonesian citizen and his religion was identified
as Islam.
2. Obama would have had his own passport
to travel from Indonesia to Hawaii in 1969. Obama's presence in Hawaii
in 1969 is hidden in Obama's automythology, "Dreams...," but he was
there, and attending Noelani grammar school as
this photo
attests.
As time passes, and more nad more clues surface, it is
becoming apparent that Barack Obama was, indeed, a citizen of Indonesia,
by adoption, and probably a holder of an Indonesian passport.
New Documents Point To Indonesian
Citizenship
Jerome Corsi
says documents
released by the State Department in two separate Freedom of Information
Act requests bolster evidence Barack Obama became a citizen of Indonesia
when he moved to the Southeast Asian nation with his mother and
stepfather in the late 1960s.
In a passport amendment submitted
Aug. 13, 1968, Obama's mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, identified her son
with an Indonesian surname and asked the State Department to drop him
from her U.S. passport.
The transaction could have been part of
an effort by Dunham to obtain Indonesian citizenship for her son.
It took place before the State Department began requiring all citizens
traveling abroad, regardless of age, to obtain their own passport.
Several court cases challenging Obama's presidential eligibility
have argued he gave up his U.S. citizenship in Indonesia and used an
Indonesian passport to travel to Pakistan in the early 1980s.
Indonesia does not allow dual citizenship.
The amendment was
submitted less than a year after Dunham joined her second husband, Lolo
Soetoro, in Indonesia. It requested "Barack Obama II (Soebarkah)"
be removed from her U.S. passport, No. 777788.
A letter from
Lolo Soetoro to immigration officials in Hawaii pleading for an
extension of his student visa, because anti-American sentiments in
Indonesia could endanger his family, offers a possible reason for
seeking Indonesian citizenship for Obama. Lolo's letter to
Immigration and Naturalization officials in the Department of Justice in
Hawaii explained his wife's U.S. citizenship could be a problem in the
turbulent politics of Indonesia in the mid-1960s.
"My wife, Ann
Soetoro, is a citizen of the United States and has resided here all her
life," Soetoro wrote the immigration officials, pleading hardship should
he be forced to return to his Indonesian home. "It is presently
impossible for my wife to return to Indonesia with me." Soetoro
argued "anti-American feeling has reached a feverish pitch under the
direction of the Indonesian communist party, and I have been advised by
both family and friends in Indonesia that it would be dangerous to
endeavor to return with my wife at the present time."
The newly
released State Department records show Obama and his mother traveled to
Indonesia to join her husband in October 1967, with Obama listed on her
passport as her son and an American citizen.
When Obama's mother
returned to the U.S. Oct. 20-21, 1971, she entered with State Department
forms allowing her to travel with the passport she used in 1967 to go to
Indonesia, even though it had expired. The expired passport
contained no reference to Barack Obama, although he had traveled with
his mother on the October 1967 flight from the United States to
Indonesia.
The only known testimony that Obama returned home
from Indonesia alone and on a U.S. passport is his own account in his
automythology, "Dreams from My Father." That source, however, has
proved to be unreliable in various material aspects.
More evidence that
Senior's Christmas 1971
visit, underwritten by the Dunhams, was more than just happenstance.
These passport documents show that Anna traveled from Indonesia to
Hawaii at the end of October, 1971 -- and in a hurry. She didn't
have the time to renew her passport.
I contend the "family business'
that brought Senior, who was broke, halfway around the world was to
provide the documentation -- the provenance -- of one Barack Hussein
Obama II. The scholarship to Punahou was the prize.
Whatever was, or wasn't Obama's parentage/citizenship status at the
end of 1971, the Dunhams and Obamas sorted it out over that holiday
period -- and Senior returned to Africa, never to be heard from again
(by Obama).
Some times you learn things by omission.
These documents show that Obama didn't return to Hawaii with his
mother in 1971. We also know that Obama
attended third grade in Honolulu
in 1969.
QED
-- Obama returned to Hawaii alone in 1969. He would have needed
his own passport.
Was it an Indonesian passport? And if so, how long did he keep
it? Would this have been the passport used to travel to Pakistan
in 1981? Lolo and Anna were still married. Was Barry Soetoro/Barack
Obama using two identities? Switching between Barry and Barack as
needed? If so, this adds a brand new layer of issues to Obama's
eligibility problems.
Was Obama Naturalized?
Obama’s vulnerability is not in his vital records held in Hawaii, but
his
immigration records held at USCIS.
Obama came back to America as Barry Soetoro, Indonesian National.
The Soetoro adoption was annulled in 1971 (see:
Obama's Christmas Visit).
The annulment terminated the parental rights of Lolo Soetoro, but did
not change Obama’s school records, immunization records or his
Indonesian citizenship.
Obama was issued a Green Card and obtained a SSN as an Indonesian
National legally residing in America. He was eventually
naturalized as a U.S. Citizen and was issued a Certificate of
Nationality to prove he is an U.S. Citizen.
It doesn’t sound so crazy anymore, but Obama is a U.S. native born
immigrant who became a Naturalized U.S. Citizen.
Living Well
gaijin
says that in Indonesia, the Soetoro's had a cook, a housekeeper, a "house-boy"
(whatever in hell THAT is) and a driver.
Lolo Soetoro's
Indonesia job was just a sinecure -- that means a fake job cooked up
to keep somebody busy, usually for some political reason. Mainly
he hung out at golf-clubs and went out to dinner.
Indonesia had
plenty oil, and a legal operating condition for foreign outfits was that
they hire local (corrupt) folks, and Soetoro was plugged in with the
Suhartos.
Barry Soetoro was NOT poor.
Barry Soetoro
Regarding the whole Obama birth certificate
controversy, I believe Hawaii has a big problem.
Recently, when
asked about the subject, newly-minted Speaker of the House John Boehner
replied, "The State of Hawaii says he was born there and that’s good
enough for me." His reply was brilliant.
It reminded
everyone that it’s not the Speaker’s job to sort out the mess (it should
have been addressed by the Dems, the election officials, and the media
during the campaign), but it also, clearly, put the onus on the State of
Hawaii. Neil Abercrombie, the new governor of Hawaii, waded into
the mess wanting to clear everything up for Obama. Instead, he has
only added to the confusion by admitting there doesn’t seem to be a
birth certificate, only a handwritten notation in the archives.
(Which could quite possibly have been generated by Obama’s grandparents
as a way to register the birth if Obama was born somewhere else.)
Personally, I believe the governor is an intelligent
well-intentioned man who acted without thinking it through. Rush
Limbaugh believes there may be some angle to what the governor did.
If there is, then I believe it was a "cover your papakole" move on the
part of the governor. He doesn’t want to be the one left holding
the blame when, finally, the American public says, "Enough! Just show
the damn birth certificate already!"
He can honestly claim the
deception and obstruction happened before he took office and when he
tried to find the truth he was told he didn’t have legal access to the
birth records. So he’s off the hook, but the incumbent state
officials may not get off so easily. Lastly, there is information
on several blogs about a court case that may have been filed in New York
State Court called Strunk v. Paterson. I’ve heard that a state
judge recently ruled -- based on evidence -- that Obama is NOT a natural
born citizen. The court documents go into all of the birth
certificate topics, including the Indonesian adoption.
The fact
that Obama was adopted by the Indonesian, Lolo Soetoro, in the 1970s, and his
name was legally changed to Barry Soetoro at that time, is most likely
the reason he is spending millions of dollars to hide his birth
certificate. He never filed the papers to change his name back to
"Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.," so any birth certificate produced by the
state of Hawaii would list him as "Barry Soetoro."
It’s easy to
see why he never wants this to come to light. Aside from the legal
ramifications of this, how would the American people feel about Obama
lying to them about his NAME all this time? And if he lied about
something as simple as that, what else has he lied about? It would open
a whole host of new questions for most people about this man of
deliberate mystery.
Just wondered if you knew anything about any
of this. I find the court documents hard to read and I have no way of
checking their authenticity. People need to stop claiming Obama was not
born in Hawaii and start focusing on that adoption name change. That’s
probably what Neil Abercrombie ultimately encountered that’s made him
backtrack on all this.
Think about it: when the adoption went
through, the law required Obama’s birth certificate to be changed to
reflect his new name, which became, and remains, Barry Soetoro. So if
Abercrombie went looking for anything in the Hall of Records with
"Barack Hussein Obama, Jr." on it, he wouldn’t find anything besides
those scribbled, handwritten notations in the archives (since those
would not have been changed with the adoption, as who would have thought
to do that?). The actual birth certificate says "Barry Soetoro" on it.
That’s why Abercrombie couldn’t locate it -- And why Obama won’t
release it.
As
good as any other theory. The point is -- we don't know -- and the
American People have a Right to Know.
Another Obama Revelation
Politico reports Obama gave a statement to the
press pool on Monday after talking with Australia’s prime minister,
Julia Gillard. He spoke briefly about Libya, condemning the
violence there again, and made no news.
Afterward, a handful of
the journalists invited into the room shouted questions at Obama, as is
customary in such situations, and Obama dropped this previously unknown
ObamaFact:
"I’m looking forward to a return visit to
Australia. The first time I was here, I was telling the prime
minister, I was 8 years old, and had a wonderful time in Sydney,
everybody treated me wonderfully, and I hope I get the chance to get
back there soon."
Huh?
Four years of Obama and this is the first time we have heard he was in
Australia? What the hell was he doing
in Australia -- and at 8 years old? Is this just more ObullShiite? Did
he live on airplanes?
He traveled to Indonesia at 7. Now, he says
he was in Australia at 8. And we know he was in Hawaii at age 9. And
then he was in Indonesia at age 10. And then he was in Hawaii at age 11.
According to "Dreams...," and every one of his many biographies, Obama
was supposed to be in Indonesia all this time.
And whose passport
was he travelling on? He
wasn't on his mothers
passport. Was Obama traveling on his very own, Indonesian
passport?
I'm telling you, we don't KNOW anything about this guy.
Is He Still Barry Soetoro?
Phil Berg says, "I have received many calls
claiming Obama could not have lost his U.S. citizenship by his mother’s
acts of expatriation. In part this is true, however, the
Nationality Act of 1940, revised 1952, Section 318(a) states, "A former
citizen of the United States expatriated through the expatriation of
such person’s parent or parents and who has not acquired the nationality
of another country by any affirmative act other than the expatriation of
his parent or parents may be naturalized upon filing a petition for
naturalization before reaching age of Twenty-Five [25] years and upon
compliance with all requirements of the naturalization laws with the
following exceptions: (b) No former citizen of the United States,
expatriated through the expatriation of such person’s parent or parents
shall be obliged to comply with the requirements of the immigration
laws, if he has not acquired the nationality of another country by any
affirmative act other than the expatriation of his parent or parents,
and if he has come or shall come to the United States before reaching
the age of twenty-five years. (c) After his naturalization
such person shall have the same citizenship status as if he had not been
expatriated."
Berg continues, "Renewing an Indonesian Passport
after the age of 18 is an affirmative act, as you are swearing
allegiance to another Country. Soetoro/Obama renewed his
Indonesian Passport when he traveled to Pakistan that is why he had to
stop in Indonesia first. Remember, in 1981, Dunham was divorcing
Soetoro in Hawaii and was not in Indonesia. Obama/Soetoro admits
to traveling to Indonesia first and then onto Pakistan. Soetoro/Obama
claims in his book "Dreams from my father" that he stopped in Indonesia
to visit his mother. But again, his mother was not in Indonesia,
she was in Hawaii with Maya, divorcing Lolo Soetoro. In addition,
the State Department has stated in response to a FOIA [Freedom of
Information] request that they do not have a U.S. Passport application
on file for Barack H. Obama."
Berg said, "Despite the above
however, Indonesia required Obama/Soetoro to do a bit more upon his 18th
birthday. In fact the Indonesian law gives until the age of
Twenty-One [21]. Soetoro/Obama would have had to sign an Affidavit
relinquishing his Indonesian citizenship and said Affidavit had to be
sent to the Indonesian Government before reclaiming any U.S. citizenship
he may have once held.
When it comes to the citizenship of
individuals in other countries, we are prevented from interfering,
according to the Hague Convention 1930. During the late 60′s all
the way up until 2006 Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship. In
2006, Indonesia changed their laws to permit dual citizenship; however,
Indonesia has had its battles with enforcing their new law permitting
dual citizenship.
From the legal research we have done, it
appears that Soetoro became an Indonesian citizen. When Soetoro/Obama
was approximately four [4] years old his parents divorced and
thereafter, Soetoro/Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, married Lolo
Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia. Evidence points to the fact that
Lolo Soetoro either signed a government form legally "acknowledging"
Soetoro/Obama as his son or "adopted" Soetoro, either of which changed
any citizenship status Soetoro/Obama had to a "natural" citizen of
Indonesia.
Lame Cherry says there has been so much written
and conjecture on the forced out into the open Obama's mother's passport
documents that I have not had much interest in exploring them in the
name Soebarkah which
appears on the
document as one of the listed names of Barack Hussein Obama.
As an exclusive as only found here, the name Soebarkah is a confirmation
of adoption, Obama's Muslim status and a sort of strange Islamic
prophecy of the day Barry was adopted by Lolo Soetoro in that it was not
in the stars to last.
Soetoro in the name, in the prefix of SOE
links the name to Javanese roots and not Indonesian alone. Why
this matters is that Indonesian names reflect region, family and often
religion. It is quite obvious or should have been by now in no one
has noted it, that the name Soebarkah is a combination and not one word.
The name is Soe Bar Kah.
Soetoro signifies the
adoptive
father as Lolo Soetoro. Bar is obvious in Barack, but also
links to the Islamic Aramic in bar means SON. So we have
confirmation of this is the Son of Soetoro.
The Kah is
interesting in Indonesian, KAH translates as WAS. In names, KAH is
added as a suffix to form a question of "Who?"
So what SOE BAR
KAH means is literal, and I'm genuinely surprised with even Indonesian
"experts" asked to explain all of this, that none of them had any
comprehension of the language of their own nation.
Soe Bar Kah
means literally, "Who is this, but the son of Soetoro."
This name
is the actual legal title of Barry Soetoro, his bona fides, that he has
been legally adopted, is a Muslim and is an Indonesian from the Javan
region.
