Now There's A Surpise -- A
Politician Who Tells Lies |
Joe Kovacs
says that more than a year and half after Barack Obama was elected, the governor of Hawaii is now publicly voicing the
alleged exact location of Obama's birth, saying "the president was, in
fact, born at Kapi'olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii."
The
disclosure is believed to be the first time a state government official
has declared the precise place where Obama was born, despite numerous
other published claims,
including some for a different hospital in Honolulu.
The remark
came Sunday night when Gov. Linda Lingle, a Republican, was
interviewed on New York's WABC Radio by host Rabbi Shmuley Boteach.
(The subject was addressed at the 77-minute mark.)
"It's been an
odd situation," Lingle said, referring to the continuing controversy
over the disputed natural-born citizenship of Obama. "This issue
kept coming up so much in the campaign, and again I think it's one of
those issues that is simply a distraction from the more critical issues
that are facing the country.
"So I had my health director, who
is a physician by background, go personally view the birth certificate
in the birth records of the Department of Health, and we issued a news
release at that time saying that the president was, in fact, born at
Kapi'olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii. And that's just a fact
and yet people continue to call up and e-mail and want to make it an
issue and I think it's again a horrible distraction for the country by
those people who continue this."
Lingle's statement, above, is a lie. Fukino's
statement
never identified Kapiolani as Obama's birthplace -- never, never, never!
Fukino said, "[I
have]...personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department
of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record...," so
there is a document. Hawaii released an Adobe document containing an
alphabetical list of births, produced from the Hawaii Birth Index
database, containing the names of those issued Certificates of Hawaiian
Birth from 1911 to 1971, for those who did not get a standard Birth
certificate, at birth." The name Obama does not exist.
Beyond the lie, if Lingle
disclosed Obama's birth hospital without his permission, she has
committed a misdemeanor. If Obama gave permission for this public
disclosure, then Hawaii no longer has a basis for maintaining the
privacy of Obama's birth records.
§338-18 Disclosure of records. (a) To protect
the integrity of vital statistics records, to ensure their proper
use, and to ensure the efficient and proper administration of the
vital statistics system, it shall be unlawful for any person to
permit inspection of, or to disclose information contained in vital
statistics records, or to copy or issue a copy of all or part of any
such record, except as authorized by this part or by rules adopted
by the department of health.
The Kapi'olani Medical Center for Woman and Children in Hawaii is
one of two Honolulu hospitals at which Obama is alleged to have been
born -- Queens medical center being the other.
Although the governor now claims she issued a news release
stating Kapi'olani is Obama's birthplace, the actual release said no
such thing, making no reference to Kapi'olani nor any other specific
location of Obama's birth.
Ironically, the governor's
pinpointing of the Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children as
well as her health director's previous public statements on the matter
statement are in apparent violation of Hawaii state law.
In two
separate telephone interviews, Janice Okubo, the Health Department's
public information officer, said that Hawaii law prohibited her from
commenting on the birth records of any specific person.
Politifact actually has Okubo on the record
denying that the electronic
COLB image provided by the Obama campaign can be authenticated by her or
by anyone at DHOH!
Hawaii
has previously released Obama's birth date, and birth certificate
number, which out of
sequence with the Nordyke twins, born the day after Obama.
Remember, the COLB has only a "Filed" state and not an "Accepted" state.
Until it's accepted by the
registrar it's nothing.
Hawaii
also confirmed Obama’s "vital records" have been
amended.
So,
little by little, Hawaii violates their own rules by releasing selected
bits of information, while refusing to release the original,
hospital-produced birth certificate.
Jill T.
Nagamine, Deputy Attorney General for the State of Hawaii, has made it
clear that her office will not corroborate or back in any way the July
27, 2009 Statement of Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii
Department of Health, which declared Obama Hawaiian-born and a
"natural-born American citizen."
However,
this changes nothing. As long as Barack Hussein Obama Sr. is the
father of Barack Hussein Obama II, Obama remains
ineligible to serve as
POTUS and CiC, and sits in the Oval Office as an usurper.
But, in that audio
recording, Lingle revealed her motivation. She was a McCain supporter
and campaign worker. She has a vested interest in keeping the deal made
between McCain and the Democrats quiet. That deal resulted in the
Leahy resolution
that said McCain, a naturalized citizen, was a "natural born" citizen.
Unbelievable corruption.
And here's
the video. |
| More Birth-Certificate Mumbo Jumbo |
Joseph Farrah
asks, has any birth certificate in the history of the world been
discussed and debated more than Barack Obama's? He doesn't think
so, yet, nearly every time it is discussed or debated, the public
becomes more confused, mystified, curious and certain they are being
deliberately deceived.
The latest entry into this circus is
Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle. You would think the governor of Hawaii
would be an expert on the subject of Barack Obama's birth certificate by
now. But her public comments suggest she
is either abjectly ignorant or an active component of a disinformation
campaign.
Lingle told a New York talk show Obama was born at
Kapi'olani Hospital in Honolulu. But she offered no evidence to
back it up and has also claimed she has never seen the document.
She claims her office issued a press release stating the birth hospital
during the 2008 campaign. But no such release was ever published,
and this is the first time any government official has claimed
Kapi'olani as the birth hospital.
The birth certificate has been
withheld from the public ostensibly by Hawaiian officials who claim
releasing information about Obama's birth would be a violation of the
state's laws. Yet, Lingle herself just apparently violated that
law by releasing information she claims is in that secret document.
But perhaps most remarkable about Lingle's cavalier, dismissive
public statement is the fact that even Kapi'olani Hospital has been
unwilling to make the unequivocal assertion it is the birthplace of
Barack Obama. WorldNetDaily has recounted in detail Kapi'olani's
attempts to have its cake and it eat, too: Using Obama's name to raise
funds for the facility, but refusing to confirm or deny that he was
actually born there.
In other words, it's more mumbo jumbo from
another Hawaii official. The trouble with all this is that we live
in a nation supposedly governed by the rule of law and the will of the
people.
The law is very precise regarding the eligibility of the
president of the United States. It leaves little doubt that every
American is entitled to know with 100 percent assurance whether the
occupant of the White House is a natural born citizen. It
shouldn't be a matter of opinion. It shouldn't be a matter of
imprecise testimonial from a faceless bureaucrat in Hawaii. It
shouldn't be a matter of a questionable digital document posted on the
Internet. It should be a matter of established fact.
That's certainly not the case with Barack Obama's nativity story.
The story itself keeps changing. The ground rules for keeping the
birth certificate secret keep changing.
Now we're supposed to
forget about this little constitutional requirement because the governor
of Hawaii says there are so many more important issues to deal with.
May I remind everyone that Hawaii's history of negligence and
malfeasance in keeping birth records is at the very root of the nation's
suspicions?
Who is Gov. Lingle to lecture the rest of us about
our priorities? She is second only to Obama himself in raising
alarm among half the nation's populace that something significant,
something important, is being purposely concealed from them.
Enough with the double-talk -- enough with the imprecise statements --
enough with the secondhand testimony -- enough with the condescension
about how trivial this matter is.
It's time to see some
documents. It's time to establish some facts. |
| The Place Of Obama’s Birth -- Not! |
|
The
Kapiolani Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii is the
birthplace of Barack Hussein Obama II,
according to Hawaii Governor Linda Lingle. However,
Sharon Rondeau
reports that the
hospital has never confirmed Obama's birth there, and the
statement Lingle made on May 5 was inaccurate -- to be kind. In
speaking about Obama’s documentation, she said:
This issue kept coming up so
much in the campaign, and again I think it’s one of those issues that is
simply a distraction from the more critical issues that are facing the
country. So I had my health director, who is a physician by
background, go personally view the birth certificate in the birth
records of the Department of Health, and we issued a news release at
that time saying that the president was, in fact, born at Kapi’olani
Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii. And that’s just a fact and yet people
continue to call up and e-mail and want to make it an issue and I think
it’s again a horrible distraction for the country by those people who
continue this."
However, the only statement issued by any Hawaii state
official during the campaign is
here, and it did not mention the hospital of Obama’s
supposed birth. According to the Health Department's own
website, "State law prohibits the DOH from disclosing
any vital statistics records or information contained in such records
unless the requestor has a direct and tangible interest in the record,
or as otherwise allowed by statute or administrative rule. See HRS
§338-18. Direct and tangible interest is determined by HRS
§338-18(b)."
Why has Lingle apparently violated her own state’s law to discuss
Obama’s birth certificate? How does she know that Obama was
born at Kapiolani Medical Center?
According to a
report just days before the election, Lingle’s office
refused to release a copy of Obama’s original birth certificate on the
grounds that the requester, who represented a news organization, did not
possess "a tangible interest in the birth certificate he seeks."
WND
was told the official reason for denial of access to Obama’s birth
certificate would be authority granted pursuant to Section 338-18 of the
Hawaii Revised Statutes, a provision the anonymous source claimed was
designed to prevent identity theft.
Still, the source told WND confidentially the motivation for withholding
the original birth certificate was political, although the source
refused to disclose whether there was any information on the original
birth certificate that would prove politically embarrassing to Obama.
The source also refused to answer WND’s
question whether the original document on file with the Department of
Health was a hospital-generated birth certificate or a registration of
birth that may have been filed subsequent to the birth.
The anonymous source made clear the Hawaii Department of Health would
immediately release Obama’s original birth certificate, provided Obama
requested the document be released, but the Department of Heath has
received no such request from the senator or from anyone acting
officially on his behalf.
If Obama had not requested the release of his original
birth certificate, how and why was the Certification of Live Birth which
Factcheck.org said it obtained from Obama campaign headquarters released
and
posted as part of an article on June 16, 2008? In answer to a question as to whether or not Obama’s birth certificate
had been released, Factcheck stated:
Yes. His campaign made
a copy public after speculation by conservative bloggers that he might
not be a "natural-born citizen."
Factcheck.org has never verified that the image
posted at their website was received from his
campaign headquarters as claimed. The image posted "just as we
received it" can be found
here.
An Israel Insider
report dated November 1, 2008 stated that Hawaii
officials would not confirm that the image posted on Obama’s campaign
website was consistent with the birth records they
supposedly have on file.
In January 2009, a
letter purportedly signed by Obama was posted on the
Kapiolani Medical Center’s website but electronically hid the image of
the letter after
WorldNetDaily questioned its origins. The
letter had been displayed by the hospital on the front of a fundraising
publication, but the hospital’s spokesperson refused to confirm Obama’s
birth there when asked.
Recently Parliament members in Kenya
claimed on the record that Obama was born there.
They had also alluded to it numerous times
previously. It has also been
reported that the Kenyan officials have documents on
Obama but that they were sealed.
Attorney Andy Martin has filed a second
lawsuit in the state of Hawaii, this time charging
Governor Linda Lingle with "suborning election fraud in October, 2008."
While Martin
believes that Obama was born in Hawaii, his first
lawsuit was filed to force Hawaii officials to
release the original birth certificate due to his
contention that it should now be considered a public document.

| Hawaii Governor Accused Of Suborning
Election Fraud |
Sharon Rondeau says The Post & Email has completed a
follow-up interview of Attorney Andy Martin upon his return from a trip
to Hawaii during which he filed a lawsuit against Hawaii officials,
charging them with concealing evidence under the guise of "executive
privilege."
MRS. RONDEAU:
I read your news
release of May 6 in which you said that you are charging Governor
Linda Lingle with "suborning election fraud." Could you talk a little
more about that?
MR. MARTIN: If you go back and you read the
statement that Fukino issued on October 31, 2008, she goes out of her
way to be emphatic that nobody told her to do anything. She said
that no one told her to treat Obama’s birth records any differently from
anyone else’s. But obviously, going into a vault and finding an
ancient document and then issuing a statement is treating it out of the
ordinary. That action in itself was extraordinary, and it was
intended to bolster Obama. Because the work that I and others like
me were doing that was undermining Obama’s credibility…they rushed in at
the last minute saying they’d checked into it, saying he was OK.
Well, there was no need for that, because it’s not her job to do that,
nor did anyone ask her to do it, we thought, because she claimed she did
it on her own.
Now had it come out that Linda Lingle had issued
that statement, it would have caused an uproar, because here’s the
governor of Hawaii supposedly going into the archives and dusting off
his old book of records and then bolstering Obama by saying he’s
"legit," but that is in effect what she has now said she did. If
you listen to the Boteach interview, she takes the credit for it, if you
can call it that. She says, "Well, I told her (Fukino) to do it,
and I wanted it to be cleared up." In other words, it’s all her
instigation. Why was she instigating that when it wasn’t her job
to do that and when she had Fukino lie and suggest that Fukino acted on
her own? An essential part of this cover-up or crime, if it is
one, is to conceal the identity of the initiating party.

| Birther Measure Signed Into Law |
Curtis Lum, an Honolulu Advertiser staff
writer,
reported that Gov. Linda Lingle yesterday signed into law the
so-called "birther" bill that is intended to limit the number of
requests for Obama's Hawai'i birth certificate.
Hawai'i state
officials receive dozens of requests for Obama's birth certificate each
month from people who believe he is not a natural-born U.S. citizen and
thus not eligible to be president.
False: DOH receives dozens of
requests for a broad-range of information relating to the circumstances
of Obama's birth, and Hawaii's DOH has selectively released much of this
information in violation of its own laws, policies and procedures.
The new law, Act 100, allows state agencies a limited exemption from
Freedom of Information requirements when duplicative requests for
information are made by the same person. Although the law covers
all agencies, the measure targets people who repeatedly request a copy
of Obama's Hawai'i birth certificate. The requests are being made
to the state Department of Health, which keeps the birth certificates.
In testimony before the Legislature in February, DOH Director Dr.
Chiyome Fukino said her department receives about 50 e-mail inquiries a
month for Obama's birth certificate, primarily from the same four to six
people. "The time and state resources it takes to respond to these
often convoluted inquiries are considerable," she testified.
Fukino has repeatedly vouched for the authenticity of Obama's birth
certificate.
False:
Wayyyyyyyy beyond false. Lum's statement is a bold-faced lie.
In her formal statement of
October 31, 2008,
Fukino only said that Obama's original birth certificate was "on record
in accordance with policies and procedures." She never, ever
"vouched for the authenticity of Obama's birth certificate," as Lum
claims.
On
July 27, 2009,
Fukino issued another statement, "I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the
Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records
maintained on file by the Hawai‘i State Department of Health verifying
Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawai‘i and is a natural-born American
citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my
original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago."
She still hasn't vouched for the authenticity of anything, but that
doesn't stop Lum from lying. But, beyond that, in
correspondence
with The Post & Email, Jill T. Nagamine, Deputy Attorney General for the
State of Hawaii, has made it clear that her office will not corroborate
or back in any way the July 27, 2009 Statement of Dr. Chiyome Fukino,
Director of the Hawaii Department of Health, which declared Obama
Hawaiian-born and a "natural-born American citizen."
So you see how the Gullibles do
it. They simply lie. They spin. They dissemble. That's
their job. |
| Lotta Lies |
Lingle's director of health illegally hid until
November of 2009 the administrative rules which reveal that any person
is authorized to receive a non-certified copy of Obama’s abbreviated
Certification of Live Birth (COLB).
Lingle's director of health
made a public announcement of what is contained on the (multiple) birth
records for Obama, which is forbidden in HRS 338-18a.
Lingle's
director of health then refused to release the documents she used in
order to make Lingle's illegal statement, as required by Hawaii’s UIPA
(FOI law).
Lingle's director of health has overseen a department
which is currently being investigated because it has apparently
illegally destroyed permanent records, including the original birth
index, index to foreign births, and the birth record for at least one
individual.
Lingle's director of health has perjured herself by
giving testimony before a legislative hearing which exaggerates the
actual requests they receive regarding Obama’s birth certificate by
(IIRC) about 800%. She gave that testimony urging Hawaii to
basically do away with their FOI law (UIPA) by allowing an agency to
rule a person as a "vexatious requestor" who didn’t have to be answered.
There’s more, but
I’ll wait on that for right now.
Butterdezillion forgot to
say that Fukino only said what the birth records(plural) for Obama
claim. The very fact that there are multiple records when the only index
data they have for him is for a birth record shows that the document
they have has been amended, which means that according to statute the
State of Hawaii CANNOT vouch for the accuracy of the claims made on it.
IOW, the Hawaii DOH has revealed through multiple communications
that what they have for Obama does not rise to the standard of prima
facie evidence. If any judge ever allows a case to be heard on its
merits, everything Hawaii has for Obama is not enough to automatically
trump any other birth claim.
That could be why Obama’s lawyers
have only offered 2 things as evidence, for Judge Robertson to "note":
the online image of a COLB (which the HDOH has now indirectly confirmed
as a forgery) and the online images of the birth announcements (which
will very soon also be proven as forgeries as well).
Officials,
in Hawaii, were at the time illegally
hiding the administrative rules which show what the records were in
compliance with.
They weren’t forced to post the administrative
rules as required by state law until early November, 2009. A year
after the election was over.
Fukino had Alvin Onaka take those
rules off the lieutenant governor’s website, saying they were supposedly
being "converted" -- even though no new rules have even been proposed,
much less are being transitioned in. And the HDOH itself took down
their Administrative Rules from their website, where they were required
by statute to be posted for the public to access. |
